Baccalaria was an incredible discovery and one of the highlights of my stay in Naples.
I tried the five-course seafood tasting menu and every single dish was beautifully balanced and full of authentic local flavours.
The fish was incredibly fresh, cooked with precision, and presented in a modern yet simple way that let the ingredients speak for themselves.
I especially loved how each course told a little “story” of the sea around Naples, with creative combinations but nothing overcomplicated.
The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely passionate about the food and wine they were serving.
They were happy to explain each course in detail and also suggested excellent wine pairings that matched perfectly.
The atmosphere is cosy and relaxed, with a lively but not noisy vibe that makes you want to stay longer.
The location is also great, ideal for a special dinner while exploring the historic centre of Naples.
For the quality of the food and the overall experience, I found the tasting menu to be very good value.
I would highly recommend Baccalaria to anyone who loves seafood and wants a memorable, authentic dining experience in Naples.

It’s been on my list for a long time finally yesterday I had the chance. Prices are more expensive than the other restaurants but they’re making everything in a different way so I’m glad I came to try. Other places almost all have the same stuff. We shared 3 dishes all were very good and a bottle of wine, all cost 120 euros.
It’s a place to come and try once for sure.

The place is cute and well-kept, the food is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, I find the prices a little off-putting, especially considering a simple coffee costs €3. Overall, however, it was a pleasant experience.

This restaurant, very well located, is in a quiet little square. The welcome and service were typical of Neapolitan hospitality. There was a wide selection of dishes featuring this fish, which we adore, and the waiter also recommended wines; we had a very enjoyable dinner. The prices were the same as in other good restaurants.

A classic trattoria in the heart of Naples. All the dishes are delicate and delicious, highly recommended by the owner and his staff.
Excellent wine list.
Wide variety of menus.
The cod is fresh and carefully prepared by the chef. We'll definitely be back.

Per chi ama il baccalà ed una cucina gustosa e semplice, Baccalaria è un riferimento importante al centro di Napoli. Servizio sempre cortese e buona cucina. Forse prezzi un po’ troppo alti.
Questo ristorante è coerente con il suo nome. Offre molteplici variazioni di pietanze a partire da un unico ingrediente: il baccalà.
Pietanze non monotone ma estremamente raffinate.
L'ambiente è semplice, ma al tempo stesso molto accogliente e ricercato.
Piacevolissima la selezione musicale che fa da sottofondo alla degustazione dei piatti.
Baccalà alla scapece ed il particolare "Coronel" tonnè
Ottimi anche i dolci, tra cui spicca il babà.
