Small but very welcoming. A dizzying sandwich, an explosion of flavors on the palate—in this case, I got the Texas sandwich. I think I'll be back. The staff were very friendly, and the music was pretty questionable.

I ate very well, delicious dishes, and the kitchen was very fast, but in the dining room they are disorganized, slow, and walk with their heads down, you always have to look at the tables so a gesture is enough to attract the waiter's attention without having to shout in the dining room to get attention! Everything is good but the service needs to be improved.

24/12/2025: Professional and welcoming staff, delicious food, and in my opinion, besides the excellent quality of the meat and ingredients, the pizza is the best in the entire area. Highly recommended!
15/12/2025: Arrived in Falciano from Salento for 4 months of work, I found a great welcome in this restaurant, excellent food, really good in every course tasted, very kind staff... their kitchen is pizzeria and they are open already at 7:00 pm... 04/02/2026: Family-friendly location, the grilled pizzas 🔥 are truly excellent, the only downside is the wait time, but considering it was Saturday, it's understandable. A tip: if you can go during the week, it's the perfect option. 👍
10/11/2025: We recently stumbled upon a new restaurant I'd heard about: grilled pizza. Long story short, we were lucky to find a table despite not having a reservation. The food was good, almost all home-made or locally sourced. We had a lovely evening and enjoyed a more than welcome new experience. The place is very quaint and beautifully maintained, both inside and out, and the staff is very friendly. It's a disappointment; at lunchtime they only serve large groups, but since we're usually just two, we could only go for dinner. It's a shame the menu looks very appealing, but for now we settled for the pizza, which we were very satisfied with. Definitely worth a try.
