10/12/2025: I rediscovered Gusto in another location after many years, and the food was always excellent and the service remained unchanged. The service was excellent, with Jimmy being very attentive and courteous. The traditional dishes included excellent pasta dishes, both matriciana and the classic carbonara, and the light and sublime cod meatballs. Nina and I then reminisced about the old restaurant, and it was a pleasure to find it again in another location. A must-visit for our next Roman holiday.

08/12/2025: I took a pasta and tiramisu workshop in Rome with chef Maitia, and it was truly amazing! He was incredibly kind, fun, and explained everything in such an engaging way. His energy and personality really made the whole experience special. The only downside was when we sat down to eat the food we had prepared. The waiters made us feel a bit rushed, as if they wanted us to order additional items from the restaurant, and they even took the Parmesan before we were finished. It created a slightly pressured atmosphere during the meal. Still, thanks to chef Maitia, the workshop itself was a wonderful experience. He truly made it memorable, and I would absolutely recommend doing the class with him. ✨🍝🍰
