Good afternoon...we are in Fascia, a small town in the province of Genoa...here we are within the Antola Regional Park...and if we want to tell you the whole truth, this is the most evocative park in Liguria. As I will have the opportunity to tell you, we are in the heart of the Trebbia Valley...and this is one of those towns that are a holiday destination for many families from Genoa. It is precisely in this small village that we managed to find this beautiful Agriturismo... which here, fortunately for us, is open every day but by reservation. It is the Azienda Agricola Spallarossa Silvia... which is located in Cassingheno, which is almost at the end of this wonderful village. In a quiet and green area... with a great view of the surrounding valleys. Here you can eat excellent first courses with pasta... homemade ravioli and lasagna with pesto... excellent second courses of farmed and good vegetables and all the desserts are made in the family... everything is accompanied by excellent wines... what else to add if you still didn't know anything about this beautiful agriturismo well... I wholeheartedly recommend it... try it, you will be surprised!

Agriturismo Ape Bianca

06/07/2025: What can I say...hat off!! Rustic setting but there is a chef cooking who offers truly amazing seasonal dishes. Everything is delicious. As appetizers, different flans and eggplant parmigiana. First courses, a memorable risotto and amazing ravioli. Second courses, shin and sliced ​​steak. Dessert, I would say ile flotant (it was called millefeuille but it was an excellent French dessert). The chef and the boy who took care of the guests are truly special. Recommended!!! Wine: the white or the good red. 20 minutes from Chiavari center.
21/04/2025: We were at Easter with the family (12 people) for lunch in this APE bianca farmhouse and unfortunately there was inclement weather but at the table, for me and all the family guests, we had a surprise and that was after a normal but good starter we had some lean ravioli with a fantastic red sauce, it had been a long time since I had such good ravioli, after a veal cooked on the grill (the manager said 6 hours of cooking and I have no reason not to believe him) a spectacle and a delight for the palate and then a taste of lamb cooked in the same way, very delicate and tasty and without that "beasty" nuance that this meat usually has. House wine in the norm and then at the end and to maintain the Easter tradition a slice of Colomba, good, accompanied by a zabaglione cream (fresh eggs of course) very pleasant on the palate for the closing of an excellent Easter lunch crowned by a coffee made with the mocha and an excellent herbal liqueur made by the manager which helped digestion... so I would say, apart from the weather, an excellent day with the family and an excellent lunch. I wanted to give special appreciation to the boy who served us with diligence and always perfect attention and to the manager/owner who pleasantly described to us in great detail what we were served, all very good... congratulations, we will soon be back to enjoy these excellent foods, well prepared and served... thank you...
