When they served the food, they left gaps in the middle of the table, with no consistency. That is, they served it in patches, not following the order, for example, from the head waiter (usually the person being celebrated). The same goes for the drinks service. They were served in stages... surely also due to the fact that all the rooms were full. But there's room for improvement.

I stayed in this facility for a Sunday with my family and I had a fantastic day, the food was of good quality and quantity, the staff were very helpful throughout the day, there was a lot of entertainment for children with many animals and a playground, in short, a day that I recommend to all families.
