Free-range farms, top-quality meats, and locally sourced organic produce. The only downside is that it's addictive, but it's not easy to get to from Rome. However, there are several delivery points, and I believe they also deliver to your home. You might want to get a subscription.

04/02/2026: I agree with all the reviews. This is a terrible bakery, with rudeness, arrogance, and poor quality cakes. I ordered a Sacher torte, specifying that someone was allergic to nuts, and asked for a "Happy Birthday" sign. When I picked it up, the sign wasn't there. The worst part was that the allergic person, upon taking the first few bites, realized the cake contained hazelnuts and almonds. This resulted in emergency room visits. Avoid.
