Sunday lunch at this charming restaurant on the banks of the Po River. We had a bit of trouble finding it, as there's practically no signage, but we managed. The location and ambiance are lovely, and we ate well in a well-maintained and clean restaurant, for a more than fair price. Visited on a sunny day, as we were fortunate enough to, it turned into a pleasant Sunday outing. Definitely worth a try.

Today for lunch we celebrated Saint Francis's Day at this lovely and unique restaurant. The risottos were excellent, like the pescilini and the osso buco. The portions were generous, but...we managed to finish the meal with a delicious dessert and coffee from the moka pot. The view of the Po was spectacular...all we needed was a ray of sunshine.

I went to eat yesterday with my girlfriend, and I have to say that besides the magnificent view, we also had a wonderful meal. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful location on the Po River. We spent a pleasant evening with a couple of friends. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service with reasonable wait times. The mixed cured meats and cheeses served with giardiniera were very good. The fried fish were delicious. The risotto special with sausage and Bonarda was delicious, and the pumpkin risotto with Taleggio cream was superb. The tiramisu was delicious. Very affordable prices. I will definitely be back.

17/03/2026: Trattoria Angolo di Casa ..piazza XXIV Maggio Pavia ..opens at 12.00 we are in the city center..in this place where you eat traditional Pavia dishes..and where once you enter..you feel at home, served by a really well-trained staff..who offers you a truly friendly service. Here the dishes are very abundant and of excellent quality..you start..with the appetizers..gnocco fritto..and cured meats..first and second courses..a glass of wine..and then the coffee brought to the table with the Moka..fragrant and delicious..what more can I say if you pass by here?.it is really worth trying and the price is really more than fair.
03/03/2026: A restaurant in the center of Pavia, with a homey atmosphere and friendly service. The dishes aren't generous, but they're good quality. The price was just above expectations. Recommended.
