The restaurant offers good food with friendly, fast service. The staff is courteous. The restrooms are clean. It's not very big, and the shelves are a bit spread out, which can create confusion if a large crowd, such as buses, enters at once and needs to use the restroom.

A typical roadside restaurant, very large, with lots of products in the store, but just enough to eat. Everything is prepared, but there isn't much variety.
In Spain, we're used to something else, at least in the south.

It's been years since I've experienced EXCELLENT service at an Autogrill.
Despite it being a Sunday in September, returning from vacation and near-peak hours, with the restaurant almost full, the staff was calm, professional, and efficient. The line at the cash register moved fairly quickly, and the service at the counter was quick and courteous.
What I appreciated most was the orderliness of the service counter, but even more so the fact that the tables in front of the counter were clear of dishes and constantly cleaned by a staff member.
It doesn't matter how long I stayed at the restaurant, but it couldn't have been otherwise, given the number of people there.
Kudos to the manager for organizing his staff so well.

Clean bathrooms. Fast service at the bar. I got a coffee to go and was sitting next to Max Gazzè at the counter. Prices are expensive, like at all service stations.

I understand the situation regarding the motorway service station and the supermarket. It's true, the prices offered can be high compared to other types of businesses. There's often a price increase on products, such as chocolate bars. However, the convenience of having these services on the motorway is undeniable for travelers.
