I've had many experiences at Autogril restaurants, and rarely have I encountered the friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism Luca demonstrated. If all Autogril staff were like this, I'd become a regular customer and abandon the competition.

GAS STATION: I wanted to sincerely thank the long-haired blonde who filled me up this morning around 6:30, and who checked my tire pressure in the rain and wind (even though it wasn't her job description). She's a true angel, if only they were all like her! She's a role model!
