As often happens in Autogrill restrooms, the bathrooms are an experience: terrible, unbreathable air with the stench of urine. I can't believe that a large company like Autogrill Dove, which provides a service to thousands of people, can't have a protocol for cleaning the restrooms.

Friendly and nice staff. Great prices on some products, even cheaper than in the cities, good selection. Toilets are clean and free.

A very spacious service station, both inside and out. Prices are higher than those at a supermarket, but that's understandable considering the location. The bathrooms are clean, even when crowded. Professional staff.

03/10/2025: I ate lunch with a group of 45 people and everyone was happy. The place was large, spacious and tidy, the bathrooms were clean. We ate very well, and despite there being a lot of us, the service was fast and well-organized. We had an appetizer, two first courses, fried food with a side dish, ice cream and coffee. They came back with both the first courses and the fried food. It's clear they're organized to handle a lot of people. My experience, like that of the other people in the group, was very positive.
14/09/2025: Nice place, delicious pizzas, and very helpful staff. Recommended.
