I stopped with the truck for dinner, I ate the mixed grill, not bad for a dish kept warm in the self-service display... the lady who served me was very kind, she helped me with the use of the app and helped me get the discount... I will gladly stop again.

Autogrill: Nothing to complain about. I just go in and out. Then I go get gas... they're all from the same family.
The atmosphere inside the shop is sad and unlit; it feels like they're closing. I stopped at the service station because of a problem with my leg, which wasn't serious, but getting out and going inside was causing me trouble. When I got to the service station, they told me to change lanes because the gas station was on the opposite side. Too bad the gas station hose is longer. I had to maneuver around all the trucks parked like cabbages.
The guy was very kind; nothing to complain about. Except that I always ask, even if I'm in the service station, if I can pay in my car (as always happens even if I don't ask). They tell me: "Unless you're disabled, pay at the cashier." Okay, fine. I go in and give the pump number; just like the guy who served me does, and as is right. The lady at the checkout turned to the guy: "How many times do you have to tell me this?" Or something similar. I was shocked.
The guy did his job, and in my opinion, reprimanding someone, whether an employee or whoever, is inappropriate in front of others. The atmosphere was sad, and there was zero friendliness (except for the guy himself)!
Besides, having to make me go through 20 maneuvers to get the car to the correct fill point was absurd. The pump has a hose that extends, and I certainly didn't have a Scania! Oh well... you pay and go...
