Clean environment, attentive staff and excellent products

A must-stop on my overnight and daily Genoa-Tortona route. The place is very welcoming, resembling a mountain cabin, always tidy and clean, unlike many other Autogrills. The staff is equally professional and friendly, serving excellent coffee and all the chain's signature products.

The service in the restaurant is excellent and super fast, the burgers are super-heavy, and the entrees are also top-notch. On a side note, the only area I'm not happy about is the restroom area, the only part of the building that hasn't been renovated.

I stopped by early this morning, a very large place with a lot of variety, an adequate variety of croissants, there was a young girl at the counter who was very kind and fast.

Autogrill Bettole in Novi Est is clean, spacious, and well-organized. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the bar, self-service restaurant, and well-stocked market are available. There may be some waiting during peak hours, but overall, it's a comfortable and pleasant stop.

For Germans, it's been a wonder for years what Italian motorway service stations can conjure up for a wonderfully full-bodied espresso. And at such an incredible price, too. And at a speed that can withstand even the busiest crowds. A huge compliment. I hope it stays that way for a long time to come.
