Autogrill Bettole di Novi Est In Novi ligure

A must-stop on my overnight and daily Genoa-Tortona route. The place is very welcoming, resembling a mountain cabin, always tidy and clean, unlike many other Autogrills. The staff is equally professional and friendly, serving excellent coffee and all the chain's signature products.

I stopped by early this morning, a very large place with a lot of variety, an adequate variety of croissants, there was a young girl at the counter who was very kind and fast.

The service in the restaurant is excellent and super fast, the burgers are super-heavy, and the entrees are also top-notch. On a side note, the only area I'm not happy about is the restroom area, the only part of the building that hasn't been renovated.

I often pass by this service station and have always had a good experience. The staff is kind and helpful, and the food is good.

Autogrill Bettole in Novi Est is clean, spacious, and well-organized. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the bar, self-service restaurant, and well-stocked market are available. There may be some waiting during peak hours, but overall, it's a comfortable and pleasant stop.

For Germans, it's been a wonder for years what Italian motorway service stations can conjure up for a wonderfully full-bodied espresso. And at such an incredible price, too. And at a speed that can withstand even the busiest crowds. A huge compliment. I hope it stays that way for a long time to come.

Great sandwich even late in the evening.

I like this Autogrill because we can eat peacefully and because, having the car loaded, we can see while we have lunch.
