I found the service friendly and high-quality. A good variety of products were provided for lunch, beautifully presented. I also took advantage of excellent deals on quality sparkling wines, but there's a truly extensive selection of local products, too. The restrooms are clean. A place where a stop on a journey becomes a pleasant one.

Being an important point of reference on the La Spezia-Santo Stefano ring road, I believe the entire facility is in need of a complete overhaul. The staff does their job, but the facility needs a complete overhaul!

Excellent experience. The sandwiches were well-filled and fresh, but above all, the staff was friendly and helpful. I should point out that it's New Year's Day, and those working today rarely have these characteristics... It's already difficult to find courteous and smiling staff on normal days of the year!

Nice and friendly staff, with lots of options to choose from. The place is neat and clean, especially the toilets, which is always appreciated during a stop. I also liked the large number of parking spots available, making it very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stop at Autogrill Magra Est
