Aura Restaurant In Melendugno

5 star taste! ✨ We had lunch at this wonderful restaurant, located in the Posia hotel, and it was a superb experience. Starting from the welcome and attention to the customer in every little detail, we felt pampered and received the right advice to savor the dishes that would fully surprise our tastes. The dishes amaze you first of all for their beauty and their vivid colours, which reveal full respect for the raw materials and the wise creativity to best enhance them with combinations that are never extreme but always original and spot on, and then for the explosion of flavour, exquisitely rich, fresh and elegant. We thank the staff, who on a windy Sunday at the end of May, rounded off our lunch break with a very pleasant detour between goodness and aromas, in a beautiful setting overlooking the sea.
