I've known Birrodromo for years and have always considered it a quality establishment, both for its food and the helpfulness of its staff. Unfortunately, my latest experience didn't live up to expectations. The food remains good and varied, as is the restaurant's tradition, but the service this time was truly disappointing. The first waiter who served us seemed unprepared and unhelpful: he didn't even know the ingredients on the menu and responded brusquely and annoyed to simple requests, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere among a group of friends who had come to enjoy a carefree evening. Only thanks to the intervention of a more competent colleague did the situation improve slightly, but it was a decidedly bad start. Furthermore, one pizza arrived more than 10 minutes late compared to the others, disrupting the harmony of the dinner. To make matters worse, the restrooms were in truly appalling condition: when we pointed this out at the cashier, the response was "we're struggling with 500 covers," without any apology. This attitude makes it clear that service is considered secondary, despite the high number of paying customers. In short: the food remains a strong point, but the overall experience was marred by subpar service and management that lacked customer focus. With such a popular establishment, one would expect professionalism and constant attention, not excuses.

We're Romans on vacation. We stumbled upon this place by chance, and I have to say, we were lucky. First of all, the staff is friendly and helpful, there's a wide selection of excellent beers, but the burgers are truly exceptional: large and well-filled, with top-quality meat. We chose a New York and a Dallas, and I highly recommend them. The place is very nice and welcoming. TOP

Really top place, very large, many TV screens to watch sporting events, fast and quite attentive service, quality of food I would say excellent, we had hamburgers and pizza and we were all satisfied, regarding beer there is really a wide choice of all kinds, both on tap and in bottles, highly recommended

Il locale è frequentato da giovanissimi e discretamente chiassoso, ma considerata la tipologia di locale abbiamo cenato piacevolmente all'aperto. Molto buoni i panini ed eccellente scelta di birre. Personale adeguato. Ci torneremo.

Siamo stati a cena; inutile dire che tutto ha rispecchiato le nostre aspettative che ovviamente erano alte. Pizze, hamburger e birre di alto livello. Professionalità e lealtà ad alti livelli. Abbiamo pagato un conto che, a prima vista, ci è sembrato un po’ alto. Siamo andati via e, solo dopo un paio d’ore dopo, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di controllare lo scontrino, sul quale ci era stato addebitato altra roba da noi non presa. Siamo ritornati a chiedere spiegazioni e, la persona che era alla cassa ha riscontrato l’errore fatto rimborsandoci quanto dovuto, scusandosi per l’inconveniente. Consigliato vivamente
