We had a wonderful evening with delicious food. The 4-course menu with classic dishes from Trento was great and the service was extremely attentive and courteous :)

Incredible experience, each dish had its own reason and it was an incredible mix of tradition and innovation. Very nice environment with a beautiful open kitchen. Friendly, polite and friendly staff.

If you are looking for a memorable culinary experience in Trento, Augurio is a must. This restaurant skillfully combines the Italian and Trentino culinary tradition with innovative touches, bringing to the table authentic dishes rich in flavour, but revisited in a modern key. The environment of Augurio is warm and welcoming, with a design that combines rustic elements with contemporary details. The atmosphere is intimate and pleasant, ideal for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends. However, during our visit, the room was not particularly quiet: a large table of 6 people created some noise, partially disturbing the experience. For those who prefer a more intimate and quiet environment, this could be a small inconvenience. The menu is a real journey through flavors and high quality ingredients. The chef valorises local raw materials, bringing freshness and originality to traditional cuisine. However, not all dishes were memorable. Some dishes, such as the red prawn from Mazara del Vallo (not attributable to local cuisine) and the venison fillet with pumpkin millefeuille, although well presented, did not particularly impress in terms of flavor or creativity, lacking that distinctive touch that one would expect. The staff is friendly, young and attentive, always ready to recommend the most suitable wine to accompany the dishes and resolve any inconvenience. However, the table was never cleaned of any bread crumbs (a service that should be provided in a restaurant like this) and during the description of some dishes the boy who served us, speaking in a low voice which made it difficult to understand what we were talking about. The quality-price ratio is good, especially considering the high quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing the dishes. It is not among the cheapest restaurants in Trento, but the culinary experience in general justifies the price, although some courses may be less exciting. To conclude, Augurio is the ideal place for those who want to savor Italian and Trentino cuisine, reinterpreted with a touch of creativity. Even if the experience was slightly influenced by the noise and by some dishes that did not inspire enthusiasm, it still remains one of the best gastronomic choices in Trento. If you visit this city, Augurio is definitely worth a stop

This is a gem of a restaurant, with refined innovative cuisine staying close to its roots in the region in terms of ingredients and with great staff. I can only imagine the one star reviews which have clogged up in a very short time are fake, because some of the things they talk about are not even related to the restaurant. We had the tasting menu and, after having a few of these experiences in various Michelin starred/guide places I think this was actually one of if not the best. Seeing them prepare the food in the kitchen, the attentive but not overly present nature of the serving staff and the little extra touches (thanks for the rose :) ) made this a memorable night. Please go and support great local cuisine and the efforts of the owners. It's worth it.
