Augurio ristorante In Trento

On Saturday, August 30th, I had the pleasure of dining with my fiancé at Augurio Ristorante in Trento, and we couldn't have been more satisfied! We chose Samuele's surprise menu, and what a surprise it was! Each course was a masterpiece of flavors, with the freshest ingredients and creative pairings that made the dinner a true culinary journey. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, and every bite was an explosion of flavor. The staff was exceptional: courteous, attentive, and passionate in explaining the details of each dish, making us feel pampered from start to finish. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a special evening. Kudos also to the wine list, which perfectly complemented our menu. Augurio is undoubtedly a must-visit for anyone seeking a high-end gastronomic experience in Trento. We'll be back soon, perhaps to try another menu! Thank you for making our evening so magical. We, nine people, had an outstanding surprise menu – it was amazing! The view into the kitchen is truly amazing, and the ambiance in the restaurant with its old cellar vault is sensational.

The service and atmosphere were top notch. Unfortunately, the vegetarian menu was much worse than the other menus we've tried previously.

A couple's dinner in February to celebrate Valentine's Day, we treated ourselves to a different experience at the recommendation of several close friends. Among the options on the menu, some really caught my attention. The atmosphere was refined and unique, the service impeccable and attentive, and the staff young and friendly. The prices were quite high, but definitely in line with what we ate.

We stumbled upon it by chance during a trip to Trento. Beautiful and clean place, excellent food, and a super welcome!

I celebrated my birthday here with a dinner treat with my husband. What can I say...absolutely the best restaurant I've ever been to. I recommend it to anyone who wants more than just food, but a culinary experience. The location is beautiful, with vaulted stone ceilings and an open kitchen. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Each dish is a feast for the eyes, but especially for the palate. The chef is able to modify dishes on the spot to accommodate any allergies. I recommend trying one of the menus, from appetizer to dessert, and enjoying every course to the fullest. Highly recommended.

I've been to this restaurant twice for lunch. Small and welcoming, with an open kitchen that allows you to watch the team at work. At lunchtime, they offer a dedicated à la carte menu with an interesting selection of carefully selected dishes. They also offer a fixed-price option with a choice of two courses, dessert, water, and coffee. This gives you a taste of what the evening menu can offer while enjoying carefully prepared and meticulously prepared dishes. Attentive, courteous, and professional service. Highly recommended.

Piacevole ritorno in questo ristorante storico di Trento. Sempre una garanzia, tutto perfetto come la volta precedente. Cucina ricercata, servizio impeccabile, molto Michelin style, non ancora la stella ma credo solo per quel mistero che aleggia intorno a questa guida. Piatti tutti bellissimi alla vista e buoni al gusto. Equilibrati, tecnici ma senza eccessi esibizionistici, menù degustazione simpatici con i nomi, noi abbiamo voluto esagerare e scelto il più lungo, ma porzioni giuste e si arriva alla fine contenti, sazi e felici. Vini in abbinamento buonissimi, solamente qualità senza derive "naturalistiche". Prezzi in linea con il livello dei piatti, dell'ambiente e del servizio. Semplicemente bravi e ci rivedremo presto.

Zuerst muss ich erwähnen, ich bin kein Freund von lauwarmen "Pinzetten-Essen"... höchstens, es ist wirklich eine Gaumenfreude und das Produkt wird perfektioniert. Aber leider konnte ich bei unserem 9-Gänge-Abendessen kaum etwas davon feststellen. Am besten fande ich das "Focaccia" Brot, welches aber auch zur Sättigung nötig war. Das Olivenöl, welches als "Kerze" erst erwärmt werden musste um es dann zum Tunken zu gebrauchen, fand ich geschmacklich langweilig und wiederum war das Gefäss so klein, dass ein Tunken eigentlich garnicht möglich war...- Die Suppenreduktion, serviert in einem grossem Porzellan-Ei, war lecker...aber den Sinn der Präsentation (also das Ei) und den Zusammenhang verstehe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht...- Kurzum: Meiner Meinung nach wird hier leider auch mal wieder mehr Gewicht auf den "Schein" als auf das "Sein" gelegt, für mich kam das Produkt, also das Essen wesentlich zu kurz...aber vielleicht konnte ich die Raffinesse auch einfach nicht schmecken?!
