A top-level restaurant both for the cuisine and for the preparation and kindness of the waiters. The open kitchen is just another strong point of the restaurant, seeing the preparation of your dishes is always a little show. A pleasure to return for dinner on special occasions.

Piacevole ritorno in questo ristorante storico di Trento. Sempre una garanzia, tutto perfetto come la volta precedente. Cucina ricercata, servizio impeccabile, molto Michelin style, non ancora la stella ma credo solo per quel mistero che aleggia intorno a questa guida. Piatti tutti bellissimi alla vista e buoni al gusto. Equilibrati, tecnici ma senza eccessi esibizionistici, menù degustazione simpatici con i nomi, noi abbiamo voluto esagerare e scelto il più lungo, ma porzioni giuste e si arriva alla fine contenti, sazi e felici. Vini in abbinamento buonissimi, solamente qualità senza derive "naturalistiche". Prezzi in linea con il livello dei piatti, dell'ambiente e del servizio. Semplicemente bravi e ci rivedremo presto.

we ordered the samuell journey (set meal of 4) with wine pairing. creative dishes using seasonal local ingredients. loved the poached egg, the prawn pasta & fish. memorable meal. fantastic service from the friendly service staff. highly recommend to dine here. reservations can be made via their website

Go for the “Samuele” menu! You have no idea what’s coming — and that’s the beauty of it. This one is for those with an adventurous palate. Lucca is a fantastic host, and the food is an absolute delight. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted using locally grown ingredients and grass-fed meats. The flavors are rich, the presentation is exquisite, and the experience is one to remember.

Non saprei nemmeno recensirlo un posticino cosí. Accogliente, elegante. Personale di sala attento, cortese e discreto. Cibo fenomenale, su ogni aspetto. Il menú che ho potuto guastare era quello dedicato alla festa della donna. Un mix di sapori cosí ben assortito, che pur non amando di base alcuni singoli ingredienti (gusto mio personale) ho gradito e apprezzato comunque, anzi...mi sono ricreduta. Antipasto, primo, secondo, assieme a amuse bouche e pane e focaccia fatta da loro. Un turbinio di sapori, crudité...fantastico. Porzioni ben calibrate per poter arrivare a fine pasto sazio, contento e soddisfatto. Da provare al 101%. Prezzo nella media per un locale di questo tipo con questa offerta di piatti, di cura del cliente e di cura dei cibi. (Non è una trattoria, dunque il costo non è di una trattoria ed è giusto cosí)

We wanted to try a different experience and decided to go to the Augurio restaurant. We took the vegetarian Eleonora menu and therefore the starters were also made vegetarian. Very friendly and nice staff and delicious food, up to expectations. We will gladly return

Loved this restaurant. Great customer service. Food was very tasteful and delicious. Excellent wine selection too. We will return to try one of their course menu items.
