I loved the intimate and welcoming atmosphere of this place. The soft lighting and soothing music created the perfect atmosphere.
The service was impeccable. Special thanks to Viviana, who served us and proved extremely professional and knowledgeable in her recommendations. The welcome was warm and attentive to our needs.

Fantastic location, a packed but very large restaurant with tables spaced far apart, so even though there wasn't a single empty seat, everyone enjoyed their own privacy. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable, as you'd expect from a place like this (but often isn't).
Regarding the food, it was excellent. We would have eaten it all, but the portions were so large we didn't have room for anything else! Definitely worth returning.

My fiancé and I stayed here for Valentine's Day. Leonardo at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we booked until we left. We also booked dinner and a spa massage. The dinner was delicious, and Silvana and Monica's massages were a real treat.
Breakfast was fantastic, with large tables filled with coffee stations, various juices, and a wide variety of options for both sweet and savory breakfasts.
In short, an experience I recommend to anyone who wants to feel pampered.
