Atipico In Lissone

Had a pleasant evening just yesterday. The pizza was very good, tasty, and not too heavy. The price was reasonable. The service was a little, shall we say, anxious...but still professional. One flaw: the tables were very close together. The bill was good. I'll be back.

Great food, professional and super kind people running this business - we love their pizza napoletana, their burgers, their meat and strongly recommend the galletto!! And we have not even tried everything on their menu. We really like the desserts and choices in drinks. Atipico is our go-to place in Lissone when we want to spend a good time with family and friends.

Many dishes demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a decidedly high level of culinary excellence. However, it's worth noting that the prices are quite high, which raises high expectations for every aspect of the experience. Regarding flavor, while the overall quality is excellent, I noticed a tendency to overdo it with some condiments. In particular, in some dishes, ingredients like the pistachio pesto were too rich, likely due to too much oil. This overpowering flavor ends up overpowering and undercutting the rest of the ingredients on the plate, dulling the complexity one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Overall, Atipico Lissone is a solid choice for those seeking excellent quality and not sparing any expense, but it could benefit from being more thoughtful in its use of very rich seasonings, in order to balance the flavors and allow all the ingredients to fully express themselves.

The night I was there, it was very crowded. But the service was efficient.

The pizza was very good, but there's room for improvement on the burgers. The desserts were good. 😉
