A place to take into consideration. The pizza was very good, but the service could definitely be improved. The staff is a bit disorganized and at the end of the dinner it almost seemed like they wanted to kick us out. As soon as we cleared the last plate, they immediately asked us if we wanted coffee. Wouldn't it have been better to let the customer enjoy a few minutes of break and then ask for dessert and, afterwards, coffee? In fact, one of us had to get up to ask for the dessert menu, which luckily was good and plentiful. In short, I will definitely go back because, I repeat, the food is good. But we need to educate kids better.

Stayed nearby and visited the restraunt 3 times in 5 nights. Food and service were outstanding! Best pizza in Lake Garda!!!

It was a very good hotel in terms of, very good breakfast and very polite staff. Good beds. Nice view of the mountain. I can say bue perfect to recommend.

Piacevole scoperta! Prenotato alla mattina per un gruppo di amici, hanno trovato la sistemazione perfetta per la stessa sera. Personale gentile, professionale e veloce. Pizza con un piacevole e gradevole impasto, molto gustosa la Esplosiva.

02/05/2025: As part of a wine trip we visited this restaurant and enjoyed a pre-ordered menu. When we arrived we were initially a bit disappointed by the very strong ambience: no tablecloths, rather cool ambience. After the menu was pre-ordered by the tour guide, it wasn't easy to change a course. No matter which course you wanted to change, only a salad was possible. The surprise afterwards was all the greater when a truly world-class chef conjured up one course after the other with outstanding quality. At the end there was applause and a photo with the patron
21/04/2025: An unforgettable dining experience with exceptional service. We opted for the 7-course menu and savored every bite—from the amuse-bouche to the final praline. Each dish was a creative and modern interpretation, perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. The fresh focaccia and sourdough added a delightful touch, showcasing the kitchen’s attention to detail. The open kitchen, visible through a sleek glass wall, added a sense of transparency and artistry to the experience. The ambiance of the restaurant matched the quality of the food—modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. This was more than just a meal—it was a culinary journey. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience.

19/01/2025: Struttura rustica e arredata con molta cura creando un ambiente molto caldo, piacevole e caratteristico. Splendidamente posizionata su un balcone soleggiato con vista sulla valle e sulle montagne circostanti, raggiungibile con una piacevolissima passeggiata. Il menu propone piatti tipici trentini, molto curati e decisamente gustosi, con porzioni generose e prezzi nella media. Personale molto gentile con tempi di servizio veloci. Super consigliato, bravi.
01/10/2024: Ci siamo fermati per pranzo di ritorno dalle cascate di Saent, la malga ha tantissimi posti a sedere e ci sono molti camerieri giovani che fanno avanti e indietro come le trottole ma sono stati comunque molto attenti e disponibili. I piatti proposti sono tipici della zona trentina e della valle anche se secondo me i prezzi sono un po' spoporzionati, molto più da ristorante che da Malga...due canederli 11€ e i dolci 6€ mi sembra davvero eccessivo. Nel complesso bella vista e buona cucina ma non ci tornerei.
