Piacevole scoperta! Prenotato alla mattina per un gruppo di amici, hanno trovato la sistemazione perfetta per la stessa sera. Personale gentile, professionale e veloce. Pizza con un piacevole e gradevole impasto, molto gustosa la Esplosiva.

I was only there for dinner and can't comment on the rooms. All I can say is the best pizza in Italy. The service was excellent (communication in German or English was no problem). Despite the high number of guests, the service asked several times whether everything was okay.

29/08/2024: Ci siamo fermati per pranzo e come sempre ci siamo trovati molto bene. Personale cortese e magnifica vista sul lago Smeraldo. Cucina sempre ottima dalle tagliatelle al ragu' di cervo allo spezzatino sempre di cervo con contorno fi tortelli di patate e per finire in bellezza un ottimo Strudel. Come sempre ogni volta che tornero' a Fondo andro' a mangiare da loro. Consigliato.
20/08/2024: Ci siamo fermati per un caffè ma alla fine tentati dalla carta abbiamo assaggiato lo strudel Più buono mai mangiato in diverse località e dei toasts con prosciutto cotto fatto in casa eccezionali Gentilissimi nel servizio super consigliato Birra Forst naturalmente

26/12/2024: A place tucked away in a small street in the town, we were there at lunchtime, when the sun lit up every window. There is an air of home, the food I imagine taken care of by the owner, reflects the clearly home-made cuisine: 2/3 first courses and 2/3 second courses as dishes of the day. One of the few places left where substance still prevails over appearance, I highly recommend it.
