Public transportation is at least 10 minutes away (either inside Villa Borghese Park or in Piazza del Popolo). The phone didn't work (which was promptly replaced), and the room was a bit old-fashioned.

28/04/2026: Hmmm, it can improve and return to how it once was. As for the service, I was about to give it one star because one of the waiters was a bit sloppy, not wearing a uniform, and it seemed like he didn't enjoy serving. I've also worked in the restaurant business and was always smiling, even in the worst of times. The decor needs improving. The food is okay, but a little more character in the dishes wouldn't hurt. I'm confident it can improve. I still recommend going for the mussels and other delicacies.
19/04/2026: Very reasonable prices and big portions. The Amatriciana we had was the highlight of the dinner.
