Unfortunately, my experience at Artesian Grill did not live up to expectations. The food was decent, but the service really ruined the evening. The waiters were extremely quick to clear the plates, to the point of creating an atmosphere of rush and anxiety. As soon as you finished a bite, it seemed like they were ready to take everything away, even if the other diners were still eating. There was no way to calmly enjoy the meal or have a chat without feeling “pushed” to free the table. It’s a shame, because the place has potential. But the welcome and the atmosphere are just as important as the menu, and in this case both were missing.

Locale modello pub accogliente con un buon servizio e un ottima varietà di birre. Il personale cortese e attento anche nei consigli. Qualità dei piatti discreta. Nota dolente i prezzi sono un pò .....oltre

Locale in zona periferica di Foggia ma facilmente raggiungibile con ampia disponibilità di posteggi per auto. Visitato più volte da noi tanto da poter assaggiare più pietanze tra quelle presenti nel menù. Tra queste una menzione particolare va fatta agli arrosti di carne ed in particolare all'arrosto misto la cui porzione è sufficiente per due persone. Personale cordiale e disponibile; facile e intuitiva la modalità per ordinare direttamente dal tavolo con il proprio smartphone. Prezzi medio/alti con un discreto rapporto qualità/prezzo.

17/05/2025: Everything was delicious, the only shame was the wait to get a table, the room was half empty and there were only 6 of us in line, we must have waited at least 15/20 minutes
15/05/2025: Lunch on a weekday: fast service, polite and attentive staff, toilets so clean that I asked if it was a recent opening, and instead it is a business that can already tell its story, but impeccably maintained
