I'm now a regular at Artesian. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, quiet enough to have a conversation with good background music. The service is fast, and the waiters are all very kind and discreet. The meat is delicious, and an honorable mention goes to their attention to those like me who have to eat gluten-free. Probably my favorite place in Foggia!

We ordered a portion of fries to split between two of us, and upon arrival, they asked us if we wanted sauces and brought out a packet of ketchup and a packet of mayonnaise, all without plates. The fries were good. Okay, then a portion of mixed grill for €32 that we split; fortunately, they brought us another plate. The meat, I must say, was very good. The desserts weren't good; the millefeuille was very sweet, almost cloying, while the mascarpone cream was nothing special. A bottle of water and a beer totaled €60. A bit expensive. I don't think we'll go back; I think there are better options.

26/11/2025: The best rotisserie in town! Clean chicken and excellent fries, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Foggia's excellence.
09/11/2025: A renowned rotisserie, serving only spit-roasted chicken, excellent fries, chicken skewers, and paccanelli. The restaurant is located on the central Viale Colombo in Foggia, a densely populated area. Always very busy. Reservations are recommended. The owners are extremely kind and courteous, and the staff member who cooks the chicken is extremely friendly. Pantagrill's chicken and fries are a true delight.
