I'm sorry to write this review because the owner and the waitress were really kind but the pizza with the dough leavened in water for my operated stomach was too hard and not at all easy to digest I felt sick on the way I didn't make it home I had to stop in a bar to throw up, I'm sorry because the ingredients on top of the pizza were good, but the dough was unsuitable for me, I was full of expectations seeing all those videos but I was wrong, one thing in my opinion however must be said the increase of 3.00 for "special" dough seems excessive to me, given that the pizzas are already not cheap and adding a 2.50 increase on a change of two pizzas I didn't find fair because instead of corn and potatoes there was a substitution with mushrooms, good panzarotto and clean frying but a little too small in size in my opinion.

This restaurant was recommended by locals. They were extremely satisfied. The pizza was incredibly good. You could taste all the flavors of the ingredients.
Compliments to the master pizza chef and the lady who served us in the black polo shirt. A classy woman who knows her job perfectly. You are truly artists! The name of the place is spot on.

I read about a pizza made with "water" and I wondered what it meant... well, after trying it, I understood that the name of this place didn't just refer to a place, but is based on the great wisdom, mastery and experience of the pizza chef, this is Arte Pizza. A truly fantastic experience! As soon as you walk in, you immediately feel the attentiveness and kindness of the staff: a warm welcome, always smiling and helpful without ever being intrusive. The place is meticulously maintained, and you can tell they put a lot of passion into what they do.
The pizza is truly special! The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. The water-leavened pizza is a real discovery: light, digestible, and with a crispy outside and soft inside, simply perfect.
