AMAZING! Some friends introduced us to this lovely gelato shop, and Nicola, one of the three creators of this exceptional gelato, won us over. It's not just gelato, but a masterful project with research, passion, and innovation. I love gelato, and I have to say that both the cream and fruit flavors are amazing. I can't wait to go back and try everything else! P.S. I didn't have time to take a picture of the gelato! ;)

A truthful review from someone who has never loved artisanal ice cream. I've always preferred packaged ice cream because artisanal had an unnatural aroma, a creamy consistency, or simply a taste of ice. Thanks to ARTE GELATA, I discovered the true flavor of artisanal ice cream and began to indulge in their simple, refined flavors. I moved to this town a year ago, but initially I always followed the recommendations of the renowned local establishments. Then one evening I decided to have a simple lemon ice cream to wash down a somewhat heavy lunch and was amazed by its authenticity. Another evening I tried another flavor, then another, and tonight I decided to declare my unexpected change in preference towards artisanal ice cream. On the other side of the counter, I found people who put their heart and soul into their gelato. I saw the determination of those who want to redeem themselves, the desire to put all their knowledge, all the sacrifice, and all the dreams of those who do their job with passion on that shelf. Perhaps passion is the secret ingredient of this gelato shop. Nicola (I think the owner) first invited me to taste the fresh pastries on Sunday morning and then put me to the test with a fantastic tett@ della monaca. Well, this one also exceeded all expectations... the perfect thickness and flavor of the dough, the delicate flavor of the cream, and the complete absence of the typical eggy smell (which can be detected when tasting 9 out of 10 tett@s) allowed this dessert to win hands down. What can I say... beyond the flavor, you'll also buy a sliver of love here, so I can only encourage anyone reading this review to try it and then leave a review. It's called Gelato Art...and the name says it all!
