Aesthetically very nice place, and they offer service for celiacs.
Too bad I had asked for the pizza to be undercooked and in some parts it was burnt, the ingredients were different from those written on the menu (Capricciosa with grilled tacks and artichokes and I received a very normal Capricciosa with canned champignons)
, the dough is very good, but at the end of the meal I felt like I had eaten half a pizza from how little I was full, and it was a little cold.

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten! The dough is Neapolitan-style and surprisingly elastic, with a nice light edge. They definitely deserved the title of world champion. Chapeau guys!

The pizza is excellent the ingredients are very good.
Regarding the service, let's say that there is room for improvement. Even if the owner is very helpful, he is able to satisfy the requests made to him.
As for the place, it must be said that it is not among my favourites: the temperature is cold (I have been there in winter) and the arrangement of the tables and the furniture - as well as the lighting - make it unwelcoming.
Let's hope for better next time.

In questo locale accogliente e con personale gentile, ho mangiato la migliore pizza senza glutine mai assaggiata! Davvero una eccellenza, niente da invidiare ad una 'glutinosa'.
Marito e figlio hanno mangiato una pizza 'normale' ed anche quelle ottime.
Non solo ci tornerò quando sarò in zona ma credo che ci andremo anche apposta!

Rien mais rien pour rattraper.....
Accueil décevant qui se poursuit par des réponses rapides aux questions sur les pizzas.
Sans surprise le service est moyen, tant est si bien que l'on ne prendra pas le dessert tellement la serveuse s'en fout.
Pour couronner le tout, petit mal de ventre dans la nuit pour tous ceux qui ont mangé des pizzas, d'ailleurs très moyennes : et on s'y connaît un peu.
