I've known Sassetta for a long time... she's traveled a lot: Italy, abroad, but I haven't had a tartare like this in ages. BRAVO, CHAPEAU!!!

Excellent stop for those passing by and an excellent choice for those who come here on purpose but...the terrible, messy and dirty toilet at 6pm really gives you the impression that no one has been there to check it since this morning...what a shame.

In the beautiful village of Sassetta, you'll find this place where you can relax with TASTE. The house wine is to die for and the food is good. Spaghetti alla chitarra with trumpets of the dead and pine nuts are unforgettable, and the rabbit with vegetables (PORCINI) is delicious. To finish, a ricotta and mushroom tart! Bravo!

Este restaurante sirve platos del más alto calibre. Buena relación calidad-precio. El personal es eficiente agradable y bien informado. Si bien el ambiente y la decoración son casuales, tal vez un poco de mala muerte, pero eso no importa ya que la experiencia gastronómica es de calidad.

08/12/2025: We used the spa and, as always, had a wonderful time. It's a magical place in the woods where everything is carefully designed to ensure an enchanting day.
03/12/2025: I'm sure it's a wonderful place and personally not been there. Reading the reviews I see this is another establishment that makes you wear a stupid hat in the water when it isn't necessary, just to make extra money. we now opted to go elsewhere.

08/11/2025: Lovely place with delicious, plentiful food! The staff was incredibly kind and friendly :) We've been back twice and will be back again!
25/10/2025: We were there these evenings! Very friendly staff, noisy pizzeria atmosphere, food, obscenely hot seafood appetizer, average first courses, pizza, nothing special!! For a trattoria, the prices are exaggerated, almost like those of a Michelin-starred restaurant! It's not worth it!
