A good, typical little Ligurian restaurant. Mainly fish dishes, but also a small but fine selection of meat dishes. The usual Ligurian vegetarian dishes are also available.

We were looking last minute bite to eat and stumbled across this place. Nothing fancy, just good Italian food in a lovely setting.

If you are looking for a dinner without too many frills and the ideal place very simple but tasty cuisine they do not take reservations you arrive in front of the restaurant if there is space you sit otherwise you wait your turn

Very good value for money considering the position in front of Porto Maurizio. Young waitress very nice, owners a bit on the grumpy side (Ligurian style). Very tasty small entree on the house (we had fried little ravioli), lunch fish menu at 19 euros includes a pasta and a main, I had pasta with shrimps (lots of fish, very nice tomato sauce) and calamari skewers, small but really nice. Overall a good choice if you're in the area.

Aromi e Sapori is a small restaurant on the small port of Imperia Ovest, it offers a tasting menu for only €18, which, without too many pretensions, still manages to satisfy. We started with fried calamari (off the menu) to share, well done and dry. Then came the spaghetti with seafood sauce, included in the menu: really tasty and with a balanced seasoning. Next, fried calamari skewers: simple, but good and consistent with the price. All accompanied by a house white wine that did its job very well. Finally, a good coffee in the sun ended the lunch in the best way. Overall, an excellent choice for an informal meal in a nautical and festive atmosphere, ideal for those looking for honest cuisine without spending too much.
