Unique and rare restaurant, run by a family that puts love and care into every single thing they do. The first courses are made to perfection, the land ones are excellent with seasonal options such as porcini mushrooms, today I ate fettuccine with top marks. The fish-based first courses are really good, I recommend trying the Spaghetto alla Arisentimpò, but also the rice with scampi cream. The fish is really fresh, Maurizio goes to get it in Anzio and therefore I think nothing else needs to be added... Every time I go I feel at home, they always pay a lot of attention to the customer, who for them is not a number but it's as if he was one of the family! I also tried Pizza, one of the few restaurants in the castles that, in addition to making good meat and fish, also makes good and digestible Pizza, rigorously cooked in a wood-fired oven. Excellent choice of wines too and as far as the quality/price ratio is concerned, it is truly top. Highly recommended to everyone, but you really have to be a connoisseur of cooking..!!
