Aris Cafe' In Piacenza

Monday night experience with a half-empty place. Good drinks, but zero customer service. This bar's new feature is its aperitif buffet, but the selection is poor because the food is stale and unappealing (freshly baked fries, raw and not at all crispy, and food that looked like it had been sitting there for days). Furthermore, the price is unclear because the menu lists a Campari Spritz as €7 + €1 for the aperitif buffet, while at the counter the owner charges €9. The waitress is good, but the customers don't feel welcomed at all. I won't be returning.
