On our itinerary, in search of the most evocative villages of Salento, after visiting Specchia, we passed through Ruffano, where the butcher's shop, at Saverio's, hosted us and our furry friend and delighted us with the local specialities, authenticity, hospitality and courtesy are the most appropriate words to describe the owners. Highly recommended!!!!

22/05/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant and I had a great time. Excellent and well-cooked food, I also tried typical Salento dishes. Attentive service and available to our every request. Prices in line with the norm. To return. I recommend it.

24/04/2025: Local located in the center of Vernole with internal rooms with an elegant but at the same time familiar atmosphere, the well-kept garden allows you to live a unique experience. We spent Easter lunch and other evenings with Flavio (the owner) and were always satisfied with his cuisine!! We will definitely be back!!!
12/03/2025: exceptional as always. well-structured dishes prepared with great care attentive and helpful staff always an excellent choice
