We came in by chance looking for a beer during our vacation in Salento, we discovered and savored the take-away dishes prepared by Saverio and his staff! We then returned several times to always buy take-away gastronomy! We have not tried to have lunch directly there, we will try it on a future vacation! Compliments to Saverio also for his kindness and the nice way of dealing with the customer.

Very good meat, they prepared a mixed grill for us to take away in just a few minutes. Super nice and kind staff, highly recommended!

On our itinerary, in search of the most evocative villages of Salento, after visiting Specchia, we passed through Ruffano, where the butcher's shop, at Saverio's, hosted us and our furry friend and delighted us with the local specialities, authenticity, hospitality and courtesy are the most appropriate words to describe the owners. Highly recommended!!!!

22/07/2025: It's written on the menu, but they charge you 15% of the bill for service, which isn't exceptional either. Add to that the fact that you also pay for the "coperto," which is supposed to include bread, but that doesn't apply either. Finally, and most importantly, the pizzas don't live up to their price. There's a much better restaurant in Castro with the same view.
22/07/2025: A bit crowded, but that's to be expected in July. The beach is convenient, and the restaurant's prices are a bit higher than other beaches in the area, but the excellent service makes up for it. The bar is reasonably priced and well-stocked, and the staff is very friendly.

11/07/2025: Everything was excellent, from the service to the food and desserts. The atmosphere was lovely.
28/06/2025: We had the pleasure of being guests at Osteria Nonna Rosa on the occasion of a dinner with friends, let's start with the very beautiful and central location, very well-kept place, kind and professional staff, excellent seafood appetizers both raw and cooked and the first courses. A really nice discovery! Approved!!
