Aria Steakhouse In Forte dei marmi

The most delicious steak I have ever tried in my life. It is very delicious. The seating and general atmosphere are wonderful. Try the roasted potatoes and caramelized onions as a side dish. It is very delicious.

Spectacular Carbedi wagyu, even well-aged Fassona tartare melted in the mouth, the only flaw was the champagne and strawberry risotto which totally clashed with everything else, a poorly made dish and the choice to combine these ingredients in my opinion is wrong.

The best meat in the area. Excellent quality and presentation. Average price considering the quality.

The food the place everything was fine we order medium well steak and we think that was not medium well it was well done and then we told the waiter and they bring directly the pill and they took the steak. Is it OK? You can pay for half of the steak I think there’s a better way to do that. It’s good to respect people. We came here to enjoy our time.

Very good steak, we had Black Angus, unfortunately only a few side dishes (onions, beans, potatoes), no salad, no sauces (e.g., pepper, Bordelaise, etc.), no salad (!), no fries (e.g., truffle fries). While the Italian tradition is respected, that's simply part of the experience at an international resort like Fort dei Marmi. Also, only one type of meat is Italian, the rest is international. The wines are very good, but the staff sometimes speak poor English and are a bit cold. Overall, good, but overpriced.
