Top restaurant! And amazing food. Very attentive and meticulous staff. I ate the best tuna of my life.

The location is very nice, the staff was neither rude nor welcoming; I'd say they were there to work but without much desire. The first courses were good, but not excellent. However, the two specialties were a bit disappointing: the "tuppo salato" had very little guacamole, making the dish a bit dry. I expected the sfizio al latte to be an explosion of flavor, but it was disjointed and tasteless.

In my opinion, the best raw food menu in Marzamemi, in a typical, welcoming, and informal seaside location. The quality/price ratio is unparalleled for this area. The introduction of new hot dishes has significantly improved the offerings. We always love returning for a Giro di Boa: the raw food is top notch. The Mazara red prawns served with passion fruit remain my favorite. I couldn't resist the fantastic freshly made cannoli this time either. The owner, Salvo, is always welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home. Unmissable.

An extraordinary seafood restaurant in Marzamemi! I've tasted excellent dishes like the Sfizio al latte with red shrimp and bottarga, the octopus in a sand-covered sauce with fava bean macco, the tuna tataki, and the spaghetti with mussels and cherry tomatoes, all prepared with the freshest ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. The seared red shrimp and the Sama selection of raw seafood are true pearls of the sea. Equally noteworthy is the Tuppo!!!, an original savory take on the Sicilian brioche: a surprising fusion of guacamole, tuna tartare, and Mediterranean aromas, which captivates at first bite. Impeccable service, and the kind and helpful owners make the experience even more special. To finish, delicious ricotta and pistachio liqueur creams: the perfect finishing touch to an unforgettable dinner. A true delight for the eyes and the palate!!!

I went there with friends last week. The raw fish was exceptional, very flavorful, never tasted like it anywhere else; I regret not ordering a larger portion. The only downside was the slightly slow service for the main courses, but nothing serious really. Be careful with their limoncello, as it's very strong... appreciated by those who like the taste of alcohol.

We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant on the evening of Ferragosto (August 15th) and couldn't have made a better choice. The freshest, highest-quality ingredients and unique combinations of flavors and aromas. To round out our excellent dinner, we sampled their delicious amaro liqueurs... truly delicious. And how could we not mention the hospitality, kindness, and professionalism of Salvo and his staff? Sama in Marzamemi is the best... we'll definitely be back!

A raw fish appetizer, a first course, water, and a glass of wine were €85 (I was alone). It's up to you to make up your own minds. Honestly, since it's not the only place to eat fish in Marzamemi, I wouldn't recommend it.
