19/08/2025: I stayed just one night in the Pisan hills, but the place definitely deserved more! An enchanting place hidden among the olive trees, with a beautiful pool where peace and quiet reign supreme, and where I thoroughly relaxed.
The estate consists of a farmhouse with several apartments; mine was a rustic but cozy two-room apartment with everything you need. The only flaw, if anything, is the lack of air conditioning, but with the fan, I still slept well.
I didn't enjoy breakfast, but I sampled the restaurant's cuisine for a light lunch on the day of departure, and I must say the fillet of gurnard with chickpea puree was truly excellent! The menu offered a good variety of first and second courses.
Finally, the other reason I recommend staying here is the exquisiteness and kindness of the owners: Maurizio, his mother, his brother, and Mohamed, who first welcomed me, made me feel at ease and among friends! Their humanity, hospitality, and generosity are truly priceless!
I will definitely want to go back.
22/06/2025: Beautiful experience...it feels like staying with a family hosted by "Tuscan uncles". Farmhouse in the middle of nowhere (you have to plan for a few minutes of dirt road with the car) in the Tuscan countryside/woods ideal for relaxing and unplugging looking for a real and not artificial experience with family hospitality (you should not expect luxury, formalisms and white gloves and for me it is right that it is so!). The rooms (apartments) are very large, clean, in rustic style. Nice swimming pool included in the stay. Good dinner at a decidedly honest price. Beautiful view of the hills. In the morning in the garden we also met a roe deer that was eating the pears of the farm! Unusual and beautiful for those who come from the city (but they say it is the order of the day)! Thanks for the experience!
