Fantastic experience!
We were warmly welcomed by incredibly kind and hospitable staff, who immediately made us feel at home.
The quality of the food is excellent: carefully prepared dishes and authentic flavors.
Great note for efficiency: the wait times were practically non-existent. Service was quick and impeccable. We'll definitely be back!

Simply amazing food, we went on the 30th of December so was definitely not packed, I have the appetizer and the tagliata with broccoletti (which was the only one that wasn’t perfect was it was salty) my friends had pasta, and cicorie and all of them were great. Will definitely become one of my to go restaurant and it has parking , which is a great plus!

We decided to celebrate the first day of the new year at Ara Anua, in their new location.
We rediscovered the excellent ingredients, courtesy, and excellent service that have always distinguished them, in a new, elegant location with ample parking.

A restaurant in the green Castelli Romani area, with a beautiful view of the sea. I was already familiar with their cuisine from the previous location, and they certainly lived up to their promise. The meat was incredibly tender and of excellent quality (my 6-year-old daughter literally devoured a tagliata without even needing to cut it, it was so tender). The restaurant was meticulously maintained and very, very clean, which is not a given these days. The wait staff were all very courteous and always available without being intrusive. There were 14 of us there, and none of us waited on anyone else, meaning the dishes arrived immediately, not one before and one after, given the number of diners. The staff was highly recommended, and the owner was kind and attentive. The ingredients were top-quality. I highly recommend it if you want to eat well and, above all, enjoy GOOD meat.
A fair price, considering we were almost eating at the tables, and considering many of the dishes featured porcini mushrooms and prized black truffles, the portions were generous, contrary to what you might think. We ate appetizers at the center of the table, almost a first and second course each, and desserts for everyone, in addition to the six bottles of wine.
I will definitely return, especially if I want to bring someone and be sure of a good time.
I almost forgot, we were in a private room on the first floor that also had a bathroom, while many on the main floor only have one.

Three Milanese in search of traditional cuisine.
The atmosphere is meticulously maintained, with excellent customer service from the staff. The cuisine offers traditional products with subtle, yet unobtrusive twists. The wine list is exceptional, using terms even Coke-zero drinkers can understand. The ingredients are of the highest quality, expertly prepared. I've included photos of the house appetizers that make me wonder if I should cancel my existing orders and continue enjoying the appetizers endlessly. It's difficult to bring so much originality to traditional dishes, because while it's true that it's rare to find a terrible cacio & pepe in the entire area, it's equally difficult to make it unforgettable. And this one was.
For the record, my two companions stuck to tradition with Amatriciana and Carbonara, both of which they ate with tears in their eyes.
We closed the restaurant with "L'ultimo ricevino di Frascati" (The Last Receipt of Frascati). Next time, they'll beat it in Grottaferrata, and nothing will stop me from trying them on my next business trip.
