Aquila Nera In San michele all'adige

17/01/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner with local friends. We had already been there and honestly I hadn't appreciated the pizza much the other time, but for convenience and proximity to the skating rink for our kids, we went back. The pizza seems a little biscuity and is not to my liking. The ingredients above aren't of great quality either. The waiters are in a hurry, elusive, often absent and ill-informed (when asked about the difference between normal beer and Christmas beer we were told that the glass changes). We were sitting in the back corner, to the left of the counter and it felt like we were outdoors as so much air came in through the window, so much so that we ate with our jackets on our legs. If I come back again, I don't think I'll get the pizza again.

12/01/2025: Despite the excessively noisy environment, the pizza is amazing...thin, crunchy and well-leavened.
