Aqua Ristorante In Nago-torbole

Unfortunately, our stay at the Aqua restaurant yesterday left a mixed impression. The food - we had a tasting menu of meat, traditional and dry-aged - was absolutely fantastic and very well coordinated. However, the service was plagued with many errors: the aperitif order was forgotten, there was no attention when it came to refilling drinks, and the courses were constantly assigned to the wrong people. But the crowning glory was the last main course: fish was suddenly served and, despite questions, they firmly and firmly claimed that it was okay. Only when I was able to prove with the menu in my hand that this was wrong were the plates taken back and rearranged. At least there was a small intermediate passage to shorten the waiting time. Unfortunately the dessert wasn't right again, but we didn't care. At least there was a nice recommendation for a dessert wine. In this respect, the recommendation: improve the service staff so that the service can keep up with the excellent cuisine. Then we'll come back.

A beautiful gastronomic experience on Lake Garda. We chose the two tasting itineraries, “Lago” and “Dry Aged Fish”, both with attention to the smallest details. Top quality raw materials, impeccable technique, authentic and never forced flavors. Impeccable service in the dining room, with Ivano and Marco always present with discretion and professionalism. Unforgettable dessert, narrated by Chef Nazari himself, who closed the itinerary with elegance and sensitivity. A big compliment to the entire team. A place to recommend to those looking for emotion, technique and great respect for the territory.
