Aqua Ristorante In Nago-torbole

My husband and self came for our wedding anniversary. The food was very exquisite and delicious, the staff were fantastic and friendly. They went above and beyond making sure we had the best experience with romantic gestures on the table. We highly recommend this restaurant! 😊

It was my wife's birthday, so I booked the hotel's boat tour with a subsequent aperitif as a surprise for her. From the first contact to the farewell, everything in terms of communication and service was very professional. The staff impressed us with their genuine courtesy and friendliness throughout. The package (boat tour + aperitif) is highly recommended. The boat tour, on a chic motorboat to a waterfall accessible only by water, was very beautiful, and we had a lot of fun. The boat captain was also very nice. After we docked back in the harbor, we were once again greeted very warmly and courteously at the Aqua and led to a beautifully prepared table with a direct view of the lake, where we enjoyed our aperitif, consisting of a bottle of champagne and some extremely delicious appetizers from the kitchen. Everything was fantastic!!! Many thanks again to the equally friendly and communicative waiter. Final summary: Fantastic. Thank you so much for this truly wonderful experience. PS: Since we already had dinner reservations elsewhere, we will definitely have dinner at Aqua at another time. Always at the top Everyone is very good and kind

For our first evening, we reserved a table at Aqua. We received a friendly welcome and had a lovely table in the front row. Our dog was also welcome and immediately given water. We had the fish menu with an excellent wine. The entire menu was very good, and the service was attentive and very friendly. We would be happy to come back again.

Absolutely fantastic dinner at Aqua in Torbole! We tried the tasting, fish, and meat menus — every course was beautifully done with creative flavors. Service was excellent, and Marco’s local wine recommendations were perfect. A must-visit if you’re in Lake Garda!

We saved Aqua for our last evening – we were staying at the hotel and had already loved the view at breakfast. In the evening, with the gentle sunset, it was another real highlight. The food was fantastic: we both had the set menu, one with fish and the other with dry-aged fish. The service was attentive and very friendly, and the food arrived quickly without a long wait. It was simply the perfect end to our vacation! Reservations are recommended, especially for window seats – although you also have a great view from the second row.

Following the Michelin Guide, I visited Aqua in Riva del Garda. Ambience & Location The restaurant is located directly on the water and impresses with its large window front and a pleasant color scheme of blue and white tones. The atmosphere is calming. However, the tables and chairs wobbled a bit, and the seating is exclusively designed for round four-seaters, which limits flexibility. Service Unfortunately, the service was not up to the standard one would expect from a restaurant of this standard. Although only three tables were occupied, we sat at our tables for 10-15 minutes without a greeting, menu, water, or any other kind of attention. Even the pre-booked option of a decorated table—which is offered via the website for an additional charge—was not implemented. This seems unprofessional and disappointing. The service was generally slow: sometimes served from the left, sometimes from the right, dishes were sometimes announced, sometimes placed without comment. We had to refill our own water several times. Particularly irritating: The selected vintage champagne was repeatedly referred to as "wine" and served in a red wine glass – a clear lack of service training here. Finally, there was also an error on the bill, which was only corrected after a request and a long wait. Cuisine The cuisine, however, was convincing: The 9-course menu was very harmonious in terms of flavor, expertly prepared, and attractively presented on high-quality china. The amuse-bouches were also harmoniously integrated. The expected culinary standards were met here. Conclusion While the kitchen delivers on its promises, the service falls significantly short of expectations. For a restaurant with this level of service, the service should be more professional, structured, and attentive. Overall, the evening was not a complete success. The competition is fierce – and that's precisely why more emphasis should be placed on a strong service experience.
