Aqua Ristorante In Nago-torbole

Three days of pure indulgence – and Aqua was the absolute highlight! We spent a wonderful three-day stay at the Hotel Lago di Garda in Torbole and booked the romantic tasting menu for two at the hotel's Aqua Ristorante twice – once with meat and once with fish. It was by far the most beautiful and impressive culinary experience of our entire Lake Garda trip! The location is perfect: right on the small harbor of Torbole, with a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Lake Garda. Especially in the evenings, when the sun sets and the water shimmers in every imaginable color, you feel like you're in a dream setting. The modern, elegant veranda with its huge panoramic windows makes the whole experience even more intimate and romantic – it couldn't be better! Both tasting menus were a truly explosive culinary journey through the flavors of Lake Garda and Trentino. Every single course surprised and delighted us: freshly caught, regional ingredients, incredibly creatively combined, yet always perfectly balanced in flavor. Sometimes delicate and refined, sometimes intense and bold – and with every bite, you can taste the enormous attention to detail and precision in the kitchen. We were truly amazed by the high level of cuisine – Michelin-star quality, anyone? Besides the exceptional food, the staff was the second major highlight. Our servers were not only extremely friendly, attentive, and warm, but above all, genuinely passionate and highly skilled. Each course was explained with great enthusiasm: the origin of the ingredients, little anecdotes about the dish, and perfect wine pairings – this elevated the experience to a whole new level. You immediately feel welcome, valued, and completely pampered. In short: If you're looking for a truly special, romantic evening with excellent food, a breathtaking view, and outstanding service, Aqua Ristorante in Torbole is the perfect choice. For us, it was the undisputed highlight – we will definitely be back (and are already looking forward to it)!

We came for my birthday and found the atmosphere private and welcoming. We tried the land tasting and it was fantastic; each dish was a wonderful journey of flavors and tastes. The team is truly fantastic! We had expressed a preference for a table, and our request was fully respected. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. I have a gluten intolerance, and they handled it flawlessly, even with the tasting menu. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the view of the lake is simply stunning. You can feel the attention to detail in every dish—big compliments! The only small negative was that due to the intolerance, I couldn't try my partner's dishes 🤭

Even before talking about the food, I'd like to point out that the staff was incredibly kind. We went with a 4-month-old baby, and they did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and accommodate our requests. They were also very kind to our baby. The fish was incredibly fresh and high-quality. I highly recommend the catch of the day, and the sturgeon was the best I've ever tasted, cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was romantic and pleasant, especially for couples, but also for those with a refined palate. Recommended.

Stunning venue with a lake view, a very refined menu, and the option of various tasting menus that allow you to try a little bit of everything. A very extensive wine selection, fresh and delicious desserts—everything is truly fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices are a little high, but the quality easily justifies them. Highly recommended.

There's not much to say, everything is perfect. Anyone who enjoys excellent food, impeccable service, and a high-quality atmosphere will love it. And yes, it's love that the chef puts into every dish ❤️❤️❤️

Very good experience, next to Lake Garda

We ate at this restaurant for an anniversary. The atmosphere was elegant and tranquil, and the service was impeccable and courteous, with professional and friendly waiters. We chose the vegetarian menu and were pleasantly surprised. We particularly enjoyed the leek and nori dish, the Garda olive oil, and the lemon butter. Overall, an excellent experience, highly recommended!

The food is undoubtedly high-quality, prepared with delicate yet bold flavors... the atmosphere is meticulously crafted and very welcoming. Highly recommended; you have to try it at least once.

We had dinner and selected one the courses, my girlfriend chose the fish and I the meat based course, it was fabulous, the service was great, it was my birthday on this date and the staff kindly arranged a small cake with a candle for me, super lovely. Thank you so much, will definitely come back.
