Very good food and excellent service. It's not the cheapest option but we liked it a lot.

02/06/2025 Ate tartare, 2 types of spaghetti, risotto, fried fish in tomato sauce, chocolate cake, and crème brûlée. My wife and I tried both white wines per server recommendation. The price (140 euros) was reasonable, all the food was harmonious and delicious, the server was not only friendly but also knowledgeable about the wines and, above all, had the magic to put guests at ease. Six stars is not enough. On February 6, 2025, I ate tartare, two types of spaghetti, risotto, fried fish with tomato sauce, chocolate cake, and creme brûlée. My wife and I tried both types of white wine based on our server's recommendation. Even 6 stars are not enough.

This restaurant is beautiful with a very formal and warm atmosphere. There is a coat rack and all food is made to order. The server is also quite attentive and gives good advice. The food itself is served in modern portion sizes and sadly is overly salted. There also isn't a very good selection of side dishes to enhance the meal although the locally baked bread is quite tasty. I would recommend the rabbit.

In una piazza dell'Aventino,il mio quartiere preferito di Roma,c'è Apuleius. Le mura del tempio di Diana sono visibili all'interno. Menù molto bilanciato con piatti della tradizione e alcune ricette innovative. Servizio eccellente. Buona la selezione dei vini laziali. Prezzi nella media. Facilissimo parcheggiare ( a Roma vale molto). Consigliatissimo,ma meglio prenotare per tempo. Bravo chef Sasha!

Excellent restaurant, based on excellent raw materials and a balanced reinterpretation of tradition. Elegant and welcoming atmosphere, perhaps in need of updating a bit. Formal but very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable sommelier. The wine list contains only local products (well selected), a choice I agree with. I had a truly surprising Souvignon di Palestrina. Prices correct for the level. I'll be back.

The restaurant is located in a rather tranquil area, near the giardino degli aranci. It gives pure local, selective and high quality ingredients only vibe. The server told us the menu changed often due to the seasonal ingredients available. We had some rabit meat and salad. The meat is cooked perfectly and well seasoned, paired with great onion sauce. Great service and private atmosphere! A must stop if you are near the Circo Massimo area for authentic local yet high-end culinary.

Nice place, great service. Food was ok, nothing special and over salted to my taste. Honestly for this prices I had higher expectations. We were there in the middle of the week and the only guests, so maybe kitchen were not ready because I specifically chose this restaurant after reading positive reviews on kitchen.

I begin by making clear my admiration for the service, absolutely impeccable in all aspects, starting from the welcome, up to the payment. I was strongly struck by the professionalism, education, kindness of the staff, but above all the smile of the waitress with glasses. I have never received such impeccable treatment. The size and environment of the restaurant are perfect for a quiet and alternative lunch or dinner, but above all I want to underline the quality and uniqueness of the products, I had the pleasure of eating the best carbonara I have ever eaten. Really compliments

The homemade pasta sold here is really delicious. The tiramisu was very luxurious, but it took more than 30 minutes to receive the food, perhaps because I ordered the rabbit meat menu. If I were to recommend this to a friend, I would definitely tell them to try the homemade pasta.

A Roma capita raramente di trovare un ristorante nel quale la qualità del cibo e del vino, il servizio, l'esecuzione dei piatti, l'ambiente, la competenza e la cortesia del personale si uniscano ad un ambiente esterno tranquillo dove è facile parcheggiare e a prezzi assolutamente coerenti con ciò che viene offerto. Anzi, più che coerenti, abbastanza contenuti. Un applauso
