Apuleius In Roma

The homemade pasta sold here is really delicious. The tiramisu was very luxurious, but it took more than 30 minutes to receive the food, perhaps because I ordered the rabbit meat menu. If I were to recommend this to a friend, I would definitely tell them to try the homemade pasta.

Great restaurant. The food and service are superb. Some wonderful, imaginative dishes and also some very traditional Roman fare. Quality of food and service is much greater than the prices would suggest.

I really enjoyed spending the evening in this restaurant. The waiters are top notch and helped me choose the food. The food is delicious, the atmosphere in the restaurant is vintage. I will definitely come back

Excellent dinner, refined and refined environment. The highly trained staff, lots of little cuddles that made us feel special. The cuisine is excellent, I think the best carbonara in Rome.

This was by far the star restaurant in our visit to Rome. Food is great and authentic, the waiters are friendly and gave us a very warm welcome and the location is peaceful and beautiful. Highly recomment to guests that are looking for a true slow food experience in Rome. 👌

My husband and I are staying nearby, visiting from the UK for the first time. We stumbled across this restaurant by chance. On looking at the reviews we decided to visit and we have been absolutely blown away. This is some of the best food we have ever tasted. Literally. We simply cannot understand the negative reviews we read, although there weren't many anyway. There's always someone out there willing to complain about nothing. The service, décor, wine and staff were fabulous. The staff spoke English and the English pages on the menus were so helpful and generous to us as tourists. Most importantly though, the food was astounding. It was absolutely delicious and we were served the perfect portion sizes. The quality matches the price. You get what you pay for here. There's plenty of food and the quality is just amazing but if it's larger portions at cheaper price you want then you are meant for lower grade establishment my friend. We loved the produce being locally sourced also, the staff had genuine enthusiasm for this and it showed. Keep doing exactly what you do Ristorante Apuleius. Compliments to you all.

Excellent cuisine, Lazio wines, excellent service, refined environment. Furthermore, a large car park in the middle of the square always guarantees ease of access.
