Informal and relaxing atmosphere. Menu with a choice of 6 or 8 courses. Mainly vegetarian dishes. I recommend the 6 courses because I struggled to finish them. Original and flavorful dishes. I recommend the bell pepper. The guinea fowl leg was perhaps a bit dry, but the breast was delicious. Very welcoming staff. Fairly priced.

Restaurant located in the upper part of town. Tasting menu with 6/8 courses to choose from. Extensive use of vegetables in the dishes. Very good tomatoes and guinea fowl. Friendly staff. Fair price. A place to return to.

I just left the restaurant and couldn't help but write this review.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great courtesy: the service was impeccable, attentive, and never intrusive.
The waitress who served us was friendly and professional, helping us feel completely at ease throughout the evening.
The location is meticulously maintained, intimate, and cozy, with warm, soft lighting that creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing dinner. The acoustics are also pleasant, allowing for peaceful conversation.
The dishes truly impressed us with their refined flavors, textures, and pairings: each course was a discovery, balanced, and well-thought out. The attention to detail was evident in both preparation and presentation.
The desserts deserve a special mention: exquisite and enchanting, a perfect ending to an already memorable dinner.
A place I highly recommend and will definitely return to.

This is the first time I've been to a restaurant that only offers a tasting experience. I wanted to leave...but in the end, I stayed. The food was good, but six courses were too much. I was disappointed by the size of the glass of wine: a finger.

Balanced. Courageous. Healthy. This is how Enzo Di Pasquale, chef and owner of Aprudia, defined his idea of cuisine in 2019.
In 2025, this definition proves faithful and supported by a bold cuisine. Each dish exudes passion and research. Excellent raw materials, enhanced by a skilled and attentive hand. Lots of vegetables, lots of Abruzzo, and lots of technique that on the plate appears absurdly "simple" yet profound.
I will remember some dishes for a long time: tomato/marigold/black garlic/ginger and almond/yogurt/saffron granita above all. All leavened products are homemade, and the amus bouche are delicious and top-notch.
A charming location near the Giulianova viewpoint, attentive and precise service (thank you Marialaura). It seems like an unnecessary detail, but it isn't: even the playlist met our tastes.
It's clearly a place that can aim high and win "brilliant" accolades: not that those who prove capable of cultivating this magic need them. Hats off.
