A refined, creative cuisine, with a lot of study behind it and certainly a good palate! A 6-course journey that stimulates curiosity beyond measure and is fun in every part due to the unexpected explosion of balanced contrasting flavours! An entrée with a true identity, an authentic exploration of all 5 senses. All accompanied by the sweetness of a young waitress who does her job with so much passion. Very relaxing atmosphere, nice environment, completely adequate price and last but not least a dinner that leaves you full and satisfied. A real treat to indulge in to get away from the hectic routine.

Aprudia is a gem in the center of Giulianova that my boyfriend and I find beautiful. The dining room staff were very welcoming, friendly and empathetic. We tasted the 8-course menu, an intense culinary journey of surprises and goodness, a common thread of incredible flavors that bring back the history of Abruzzo tradition. This restaurant deserves a Michelin star both for the menu proposed by the chef full of incredible flavors and for the professionalism and intuitiveness of customer preferences from the Sala staff. Brilliant experience, we will certainly return to taste other unusual menu proposals. I really recommend it to everyone!!

Good balance in the combinations between local raw materials and spices such as ginger or wasabi. The three consistencies of duck and the pork belly were very good. The wine pairing is also excellent.

A tasting experience with two different and innovative menus, one for €60 and the other for €80 (with an intermediate one for €70 which allows you to choose): obviously each menu is valid for the entire table. Great technique, very high quality raw materials treated with great refinement, enchanting location in summer. Excellent service, extremely attentive, never intrusive. Absolutely correct prices for the quality of the proposal, even relatively low for the very high quality. Excellent wine list. A wonderful surprise.

Hidden behind the main square, this place will guide you through the local flavours with a twist of new and unexpected combinations of flavours. We followed the sommelier’s suggestion for the wine and we weren’t let down. Highly recommend and will certainly go back whenever in the area.

A culinary experience that is absolutely worth the detour if you are passing through Abruzzo. Refined cuisine in a wonderful location. Attentive service prepared for customer requests, they "pamper" you without being intrusive. The 8-course menu was excellent, all excellent dishes with a particular mention to the vegetable dishes, in our opinion the best, both the tomato and the potato tigella. Star experience.
