A very good dinner, just as we like them, sophisticated dishes but not overly sophisticated and served with enthusiasm.

Finally a gem in the area where we will definitely return. Cozy and tastefully furnished room. We opted for a small chef's menu which satisfied us properly both in terms of stomach and spirit. Carefully studied culinary journey that did not disappoint in the slightest. In my albeit modest experience of Michelin restaurants I can say that Aprudia certainly deserves recognition which I am sure will not be long in coming.

L’ aspettativa che avevamo è stata di gran lunga ripagata. Piatti innovativi nel rispetto della tradizione. Tutto perfetto, dal locale molto curato, per poi passare al servizio ineccepibile. Molto ben consigliati anche sulla scelta del vino. Ci torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare, quando avverrà, il nuovo menù. Grazie per la bella esperienza

18/07/2025: We tried the restaurant for dinner. Aside from the kitsch entrance, the interior is still welcoming. Some areas under the portico were perhaps too shaded (including our table). Friendly and efficient staff. A basic menu with some variations announced on the spot by the waitress. The food was more than adequately prepared. Everything was tasty. Surprisingly, I have to say that even the arrosticini were good, even though they didn't have the hand-cut ones (which I liked). The house wine was crisp and decent. The price was almost "low" compared to the amount of food. The selection of amaro was extremely friendly.
16/07/2025: I stayed one night to meet some friends. The location was very nice, the room was cozy, and the terrace was magnificent. The receptionist was very kind. I'll be back to try the restaurant.

25/07/2025: Cucina attenta e molto curata. Gli accostamenti sono originali e gustosi. I prezzi sono adeguati alla ricerca delle ottime materie prime. Un applauso particolare alla chef Paola per l'attenzione nella preparazione del baccalà che è veramente ottimo
