Hidden behind the main square, this place will guide you through the local flavours with a twist of new and unexpected combinations of flavours. We followed the sommelier’s suggestion for the wine and we weren’t let down. Highly recommend and will certainly go back whenever in the area.

A culinary experience that is absolutely worth the detour if you are passing through Abruzzo.
Refined cuisine in a wonderful location.
Attentive service prepared for customer requests, they "pamper" you without being intrusive.
The 8-course menu was excellent, all excellent dishes with a particular mention to the vegetable dishes, in our opinion the best, both the tomato and the potato tigella.

We had dinner last night in this restaurant, choosing the six-course tasting menu and a particularly strong cerasuolo. The dishes were interesting, but not entirely satisfying; in particular the paccheri (6) and the deer sirloin (a few grams of meat).
A limitation is also the presence only of tastings without an à la carte menu. The cuisine is refined, even if focused more on sauces than on foods. The wine list is sufficient, with wines of a certain level and cost. The service was impeccable. The value for money was high.

And who knew it! Aprudia amazed us and made us embark on a journey of tastes which, starting from the amuse bouche (of course) created a mental and gustatory short circuit in me and then pampered all the senses in concert. Fantastic and congratulations to the whole group!
