A welcome with a delicious focaccia, delicious gnocco, spaghetti alla chitarra, fabulous garlic ravioli, fabulous scampi, golden and dry fried food, delicious, the owner is an added value, definitely a place worth visiting.

This restaurant was recommended to us for the freshest seafood and particularly tasty dishes, such as the paccheri all'approdo (pesto, calamari, and tomato sauce). And they gave us excellent recommendations. Despite the unfortunate event of arriving during a storm, the owner and staff did everything they could to make the dinner memorable. Special mention goes to the wine produced by Le Sughere.

Booked by chance, great welcome. We sat outside, but just after the appetizers, everything fell apart. The storm was overwhelming. We escaped inside, and the other diners kindly made room for us, and we finished our excellent dinner while waiting for the storm to pass. While we waited, we turned on the karaoke mode and spent a wonderful evening in unexpected joy. Congratulations!

A must-try restaurant if you're in Rio Marina. The authentic, hearty cuisine is delicious. Don't miss the lasagna that sings as soon as it comes out of the oven ;-) The service, led by a colorful owner, is friendly and warm. An atmosphere worth discovering; you dine here once and then come back twice, three times... And probably more!

We had dinner there on a quiet August evening. We chose their tourist menu paired with a good bottle of wine recommended by the owner. Everything was excellent 😁

On Ferragosto, at the restaurant below our house, Paolo welcomed us. He's a wonderful man with a great passion for food and fishing. We ate the best spaghetti with clams and bottarga ever. It's impossible to do better, really. For our second catch of the day: the freshest grilled tuna that melted in your mouth. To finish the meal, he even made us a sgroppino with limoncello on display. Pure elegance. We made a bet: we'd go fishing at dawn, and if we caught a fish, they'd cook it for us. No sooner said than done: a 2kg amberjack caught a few hours later and cooked by the chef in the oven with vegetables. Amazing. Truly a fantastic experience. If you're passing through Rio Marina, there's only one place to go.

01/11/2025: Exceptional seafood. My wife, mother-in-law, and I had the pici with cuttlefish and truffle, mixed antipasto, and caciucco (fish stew). The cod and anchovies were phenomenal; the mussels tasted like the sea. The cod was simply sublime. The caciucco was exceptional. I was truly satisfied. I will definitely return. Highly recommended.
29/10/2025: As a family of three, we finally found the Cantina after a long search and enjoyed lemon ravioli with squid, Tuscan-style cod, salt cod, and lemon chicken. Highly recommended.

17/10/2025: Perfect express fish soup! Don't complain about the 40-minute wait... or make a reservation! Thanks to the staff who start working at 7:00 AM to prepare the homemade bread you can enjoy at dinner ❤️
10/10/2025: What can I say? The chef, with whom we personally reserved a table yesterday, has learned his craft. The "fish soup" is top-notch. The tomato sauce "soup" has a truly perfect balance between the acidity of the tomatoes and the sugar, which brings them to life. Simply brilliant. Mama Sita, in a nutshell. It couldn't be better. It was just as delicious from bite to bite as you couldn't achieve it yourself. The recommended wine complemented the taste experience positively. We had the soup for one person and shared it because we wanted a second dish. We had the homemade ravioli. That was the crowning glory. The homemade sauce, too, was a gourmet's dream. A Michelin-starred restaurant could add this chef to its menu once a month. Provided the best fresh produce is used. He buys fresh produce every morning, as he told me. So make a reservation and enjoy—it's worth every cent. And to top it all off, there was a lemon sorbet. For the lady at the table, it's normal, and for me, it's vodka and a cafe doppio. Unfortunately, it's not in the picture.
