Apollonia In Ravenna

A little dated hotel, wonderful possibility to have breakfast practically on the beach and it's not for everyone, clean and tidy; very helpful owners

It's always a pleasure to spend a few days in Appolonia, and has been for over 20 years. The atmosphere is family, Marcello, Mattia and his mother have a lot to do with it. The quality/price ratio and direct access to the private beach are major assets

We spent our summer holidays in this hotel for the 10th time, just like in the summer of '24. The rooms are functional and always clean and fresh. The cuisine is exceptionally good, be it for lunch or in the evening. The breakfast buffet has enough to choose from and the beach is just a few steps away from the complex. Particularly positive this year: Not a single mosquito and the noise level in the surrounding hotels, bars and restaurants was 0. There was no disruptive factor at night. Hopefully see you again soon...

2023: HONEST hotel ideal for family holidays. 10 star location, the hotel directly overlooks the beach, from the room you can enjoy a wonderful view. It also has a private bathing establishment included in the price of the room, the same afternoon we arrived we had an umbrella available. Very kind staff, helpful and always with a smile, perfect with children, you really feel the Romagna welcome. Good food, the portions at lunch and dinner are generous and the appetizer buffet is well varied. Classic hotel breakfast, varied offer between sweet and savory, you can't go wrong. The dining room has large windows overlooking the sea, I don't think it's necessary to say anything else. Functional and well-kept rooms, discreet and never intrusive cleaning service. Furnishings not very modern but certainly solid and functional for the purpose. I give 4 stars out of 5 because although these are objective needs given the available space, the bathroom is a little small, and for a well-built man the bidet and shower cubicle are a little small. Comparing the quotes and services offered by various facilities in the area I can honestly say that the Apollonia hotel has an EXCELLENT quality/price ratio, ideal for families with children. 2024: I totally confirm last year's review.

We are spending our holidays for the 3rd year at the Hotel Apollonia and we are still delighted to return and find Marcello, Mattia and their families. It is a perfect hotel for family holidays with children and for relaxation. Everything is nearby! There seen rooms with sea view is magnificent, the rooms are good and very clean! being able to leave the hotel door and have your feet in the sand is a rather rare thing (often you have to cross a street or walk for a while to go to the beach). The food is good and the evenings on the terrace with a slight breeze are enjoyable. We have the pleasure of staying at the Apollonia Hotel and we thank everyone from the Hotel Staff for their service, friendliness and doing their best to satisfy their customers. See you soon 😉☺️

Simply very beautiful. Very good food and lovely and nice staff

The structure is a little dated but well maintained. The rooms have a private bathroom with a window (which is not a given)... The managers are extremely kind and helpful. The only drawback is the lack of access to the ground floor, therefore not recommended for those with walking problems.
