Clean hotel, comfortable rooms, very welcoming and efficient staff, thank you, we will be back.

Unfortunately, my girlfriends and I only stayed here for one night. The rooms are very clean, the staff is nice, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The price-value ratio is okay. I would go back anytime.

I am on a Eurotrip and this has been a regular hotel, it is definitely not 4*, since the rooms are not very comfortable, but they have good service and the staff took good care of me. The lousy location.

The hotel is very well connected, with buses to Venice and the Main Railway Station leaving every now and then from the stop, which is about 100 meters from the door. Approximately 10 minutes' walk to the city center. Right next to it there is a very good restaurant. The room was generally clean, there were some details that could be picked on, such as a slightly scratched sofa, but overall it was fine. Breakfasts are very tasty, plenty of choice, both salty and sweet. Communicative service, possibility to buy tickets for public transport (bus tickets also to Venice). In the middle of the hotel there is a patio designated as a smoking area.

One bus can stop in front of the hotel. Upon entering, there is a reception (floor 0). The door to the immediate left of the entrance is the breakfast room. There are 2 elevators on the right side of the reception (capacity: 2 adults with suitcases) The room was relatively large for Venice and was okay.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is very convenient, with several stores nearby for anything you might need during your trip. There is even a laundry facility close by, which is such a helpful feature, especially for longer stays. Food lovers will be spoilt for choice, as there are some fantastic dining options within walking distance. I particularly enjoyed the Chinese and Italian restaurants nearby, which offered good meals and great service. Another highlight is the hotel’s proximity to Venice. The bus system, which is only about a 20-minute ride from Venice, makes it super easy to explore the city without any hassle. It is an ideal spot for travellers who want the best of both worlds – a peaceful place to stay and quick access to the vibrant city life. The breakfast at the hotel deserves was good. The selection was good, with something to suit every taste. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore. Overall, this hotel had everything I needed – comfort, convenience, and quality service. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others...

I highly recommend it, great price, the hotel itself is modern, you can easily communicate in any language, the food is also okay, there is nothing really to fault, very close to the bus stop to the station in Mestre and to Venice, I recommend!
