The location of the hotel is not bad, very close to the station. We only stayed one night and the room was clean, nothing to say. Breakfast itself lacks sugary foods and variety.

Helpful staff, nice room, decent price...

Perfect for us, we were coming in from a late night flight and were welcomed at check in at 1am with a reindly face. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we were after. Great breakfast and just what we were looking for.

The place is quite far from the train station, but the 2 buses stop there. The rooms are small, but nice and clean. Breakfast is continental. The staff is kind and helpful.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Excellent position. Parking on the opposite side of the road.

Such a bang for the money. We paid stupid less for a room for 3 and the room was perfect. I guess the price is because of the location but I can assure u that it is not a problem. With the bus system you can reach the island in about 15 minutes and almost every point in the city. The room was clean and the facilities good. Totally recommend it.

A very pleasant hotel. The room was large, nice and clean. The air conditioning was great - it didn't blow directly on us. Delicious breakfasts! Nice location - bus no. 2 from the hotel (Olympia stop) takes you directly to Venice or to the station (4 stops). When it comes to getting from Treviso airport, I recommend the Atvo bus.

We were able to spend 5 nights here. We arrived in the middle of the night where a very nice and helpful doorman welcomed us. The welcome is beautiful and, above all, nice and cooling, the air conditioning in the lobby is wonderful! We soon received our room number and pass and we could go to our hotel room. The room is quite spacious, a (rather small) television, its own mini fridge and a reasonably spacious bathroom. An absolute plus and this deserved 5 stars is the housekeeping! Without asking, our bed was completely changed twice, neatly made and everything cleaned. Really great! But unfortunately there are quite a few negative points, the most important of which is the noise, it is extremely noisy! We didn't have a good night's sleep even 1 out of 5 days, every evening until at least 00:30 and sometimes even 01:30 am, and then again in the morning around 6:30 am due to slamming doors, loud stomping and shouting! Even had to call the night porter once because it was impossible! What immediately stands out (also with breakfast): no one can speak a word of English here! You can expect that for such a touristic place and hotel! Than the rest: Beds are not comfortable, slatted base with a mattress with coil springs. Television, 90% of the channels simply do not work, there are already very few and not 1 channel for tourists! The WiFi connection is so bad, the connection is slow and keeps dropping out, sometimes the password is suddenly no longer correct and after a few minutes it finds the connection again. The curtains that hang there do not block out much sunlight, so you have to prop them in the window yourself so as not to wake up in the morning from a lit bedroom. There is no place to put your own things in the bathroom, the rain shower leaks on all sides and sprays in all directions. The safe does not have a code, but a key must be obtained (probably at an additional cost). The left elevator in the hotel is very slow and goes down and the right one is super small but fortunately a bit faster. The breakfast was nice that it was included, but it is not a spectacle, scrambled eggs are actually fried eggs but cut into small pieces it seems and lie in a puddle of oil. The rolls are like bouncy balls and very dry. Juices that you can take daily are not always available, sometimes only water comes out. I can't imagine that the breakfast chef who prepares this every day gets satisfaction from his work! All in all, in retrospect we might have preferred to go to a different hotel. The Dutch hotels with 4-stars are a lot different from the 4-stars that are advertised here. As previously indicated, the biggest negative was the night's sleep with the daily noise. As a tourist you want to explore Venice during the day and you want to do so rested. You won't get any rest here!
