Historic slice pizzeria where the owner does everything himself, prepares the pizza and serves it at the counter, the white pizza only filled exceptionally crispy, I ate the one with tuna and rocket very good to try.

Old-fashioned pizza by the slice, a single theme (stuffed white pizza), top-shelf ingredients, and rising prices. If you live in the area, it might be worth it, but the line is definitely not.

I thought I was exaggerating in calling this place one of the main reasons I left Milan for a vacation in Rome, but absolutely not.
The pizzas left me in tears, and watching Gianni in action simply makes your arms tremble with the grace of holding a single person upright.
If the food is 11/10, his spirit is a life lesson.

Andate verso le 10.30-11, Gianni comincia a sfornare la pizza. Dalle ore 12 alle ore 14 la fila è importante, per le 14.30 la pizza è finita e Gianni chiude. Questo è "Gianni al mattone", pizza eccezionale e solo ripiena: Tonnata, Granchio, Caprese, Frittata, ecc. Impasto fragrante, unico, prodotti ottimi, prezzo ottimi.
Un vero patrimonio di Roma!
