The stars speak for themselves, and so do the dishes! This place goes beyond the cuisine...you'll find a welcoming atmosphere, the staff is equally as friendly, and Carlo (the owner) is super-top. A wide selection of excellent wines. You'll never leave empty-handed. Highly recommended. Long live love, always ❤️❤️❤️

Carletto is spectacular! Innovative dishes, but also traditional ones. Last night I had a cauliflower appetizer with three different textures, which was a delight! The wait staff were super friendly and helpful; if I could, I'd give them a sixth star. If you want to impress your guests, this is the place!

Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende jederzeit top. Unser Essen, Tatar vom piemontesischen Rind, Nudeln mit Lammragout und Tagliata vom Känguru, war alles super. Wir teilten uns die Portionen, um mehr probieren zu können. Das war für das Restaurant kein Problem. Die Preise waren fair. Parkplatz ist kein Problem, das Restaurant schön eingerichtet. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen.

10/09/2025: The dough was delicious, meticulously prepared and perfectly balanced between cooking and flavor, and the filling was delicious: roast beef, parmesan, and other tasty, generous ingredients. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was fast, precise, and friendly, and the price was absolutely reasonable! Well done!

Al Capretto

11/10/2025: We received a super friendly and warm welcome with a glass of Prosecco. In the evening, we were treated to a culinary feast of homemade products. Grazie mille😜👍🥰
07/10/2025: Despite it being a closed day, we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco at the bar. A pleasant conversation ensued. A sumptuous breakfast buffet the next morning rounded off our stay. Highly recommended!
