Unfortunately, I couldn't eat their menu in the restaurant, but I did have a pizza 🍕. Fantastic, definitely one of the best I've ever eaten. I'll definitely be back.

Family atmosphere. Excellent food. Just like home cooking. To finish off the meal, a spectacular lemon sorbet. The owner is wonderful!!!! Very friendly. We'll be back.

Even though it was a weekday lunch, with a limited menu, we enjoyed excellent food. The service was pleasant and attentive, and even though my partner has a fruit allergy, they managed to easily accommodate us in the relaxed, breezy atmosphere of the portico. The service was very friendly and genuine; we'll be back for an evening to enjoy a pizza, too!

28/10/2025: It's been several years (about 40) since I returned to this classic and historic restaurant in the center of Castelnuovo Don Bosco, on the main square. I had fond memories of lunches with Piedmontese menus, and today I noticed that the menu always features typical Piedmontese dishes, meticulously presented: a traditional veal in tuna sauce, an exceptional stewed tripe, which I hadn't eaten in years, and then the Finanziera, which I adore and which is no longer found in restaurants. And to finish, a classic Piedmontese dessert, the traditional freshly made Bunet. EXCEPTIONAL!! The wine by the glass from Cascina Gilli was also very good. The staff was very kind and professional. Overall, an EXCELLENT PIEDMONT restaurant with a truly excellent quality/price ratio. I highly recommend it, and will definitely return.
