Antico Borgo In Cremona

We stumbled upon it by chance during the nougat festival to escape the chaos of the city center. We were probably lucky because, since it was 1:30 PM, some people had already eaten lunch, and a table for two was available. The girls serving were very kind, and the wait for lunch wasn't too long. We had a very generous house appetizer, a very good risotto, and a cacio pepe. Then a plate of boiled meat with cotechino and very tender meat, accompanied by mustard. Two bottles of water and coffee for a total of about €66. So, excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. If I ever return to Cremona, I'll gladly return.

Perfect for a delicious risotto for just €13-15. Excellent value for money. I recommend the risotto with Taleggio cheese, blueberries, and crispy speck!

We stopped here because it was halfway home. Easy to find, with parking nearby. Very good food (we all had a starter and dessert), generous portions, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. I didn't give it 5 stars because some small things could be fixed with a little attention, and the desserts weren't particularly to our taste. Otherwise, highly recommended!

I ate at a trattoria in Cremona and had a truly pleasant experience. The food was delicious, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. The most pleasant surprise was the rice: simply perfect, flavorful and perfectly creamed, definitely the highlight of the evening. The portions were also generous, perfect for those who are hungry and want to enjoy traditional cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. A place I would gladly return to!
