It's also nice to find places in a region like Abruzzo that also preserve and promote vegetarian recipes. At Antichi Sapori the menu changes very often, but in the mostly meat-based offerings there are always many truly special vegetarian/vegan dishes

"Divine" food, the best place where we ate (for 2 evenings!) near Rocca di Mezzo: particularly recommended (among what we tasted) was the rich cheese platter (to be taken for at least 2/3 people, paired with truly particular mustards), the grilled steak (abundant and very tender), the stewed lamb (with butter), the side dishes and the excellent selection of wines. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area again! The prices are adequate for the quality of the food offered.

Posticino molto carino, prima volta per noi, ma ci è subito piaciuto, ragazzi molto giovani ma gentili e veloci. I piatti veramente buoni e presentati a dovere. Consiglio di venire pronti a mangiare di gusto e abbondantemente. Torneremo ad assaggiare il resto…

We ate very well! The house strengozzi are highly recommended, truly excellent. Prices appropriate to the quality of the cuisine. I would definitely stay here again
