Antica Trattoria Tre Torri In Maniago

My family and I decided to visit the museum in Maniago about the history of blacksmithing and knives and for lunch decided to try Antica Trattoria Tre Torri. The servers were prompt and polite and they were helpful in trying to suggest food for my daughter aged nine. My wife and I really enjoyed our dishes. I had the local carbonara which had a local meat in it instead of guanciale and was delicious. My wife had the pasta with San Daniele prosciutto in it. The cheese flan with the honey sauce was really a nice balance in contrast to our dishes. If you happen to be in Maniago, drop into this quaint little place and enjoy a good lunch.

Sublime Sunday lunch, dishes that will remain in your memory for a long time, such as the delicate lamb tartare and the Bavarian cream flavored with lavender. Furthermore, amazing meat, very good and tender, served on a stone that keeps the heat constant without boiling it further. Highly recommended if you are in the area but it is also worth traveling the kilometers to eat there.

Locale molto bello, molto curato. Tranquillo, personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo preso un antipasto di San Daniele servito con delle verdure molto buone. Una tagliata di scottona molto buona e morbidissima con una bellissima insalata mista di contorno. Spaghetti al pomodoro che erano.......... "s p a z i a l i"!!! Il tutto condito con un buonissimo olio d'oliva dell'oleificio Andreassi di Poggiofiorito! Ottima scelta! Belle porzioni e buon prezzo! Bravi un bel 8!

The starters were excellent, the steak with a special side dish and the desserts delicious. The owner was very kind and the waitress was very good.

Now a certainty. Never disappointed, neither by the food nor by the service.

Cena il giorno prima, pranzo quello dopo. In entrambi i casi ho mangiato decisamente bene, potendo provare cose diverse del menù. Il locale è molto ben curato. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale. I cibi, ben cucinati e serviti, e le porzioni sono giuste. Ho apprezzato la varietà e la bontà dei diversi tipi di pane. Ottima esperienza.
