We had dinner with a typical appetizer, Bucatini alla amatriciana and tagliatelle with wild boar, followed by fish from Lake Bolsena, wild boar stew, wine, water, sweets, grappa, and bitters. The owners were very kind and friendly. The value for money was excellent, and the place was welcoming and well-kept, nestled in the castle grounds of Lake Bolsena, right in the hamlet inside the castle. What can I say? We'll save your number for our next motorcycle tour. Keep it up, guys, you're the best.

If you’re in Bolsena, Antica Trattoria Pizzeria del Corso is worth stopping at. The black truffle pizza is easily the standout—it has just the right amount of truffle in every bite. It’s rich without being overpowering, so you still taste the cheese and the bread, which makes it perfectly balanced. The rustic pizza is another winner, with just enough spice to give it a kick without going overboard. Pair either one with the house wine, which was surprisingly smooth and went well with everything we ordered. The place itself is welcoming and very family friendly. They kept our two-year-old happy and occupied with breadsticks, which meant we actually got to enjoy our meal without stress. Between the food, the atmosphere, and the way they made us feel at home, it’s the kind of restaurant you’d want to come back to again.

Disappointed by this restaurant. Waiters in a hurry, not smiling. Pizzas served on plastic cutting boards. Pizzas, okay but not exceptional.

The two of us showed up late in the evening and ordered fettuccine with ragù and gnocchi with saffron cream. Both were truly excellent, with generous portions and friendly, helpful staff!

Attirato dalle recensioni positive ho voluto provare questo locale storico a bolsena , caotico il servizio velocissimo ed i camerieri gentili e puntuali ma la pizza nulla di eccezionale servita su una piastra di metallo . Per 4 pizze 2 patatine una tagliatelle al pomodoro tre birre ed un vino amari e grappe 105 euro è veramente troppo vista la location

Se vuoi mangiare bene e sentire il gusto dei piatti tipici qui hai raggiunto il paradiso del gusto. Carciodi fritti, alla romana, coda alla vaccinara, cicoria saltata, vino e dolci un tripudio di sapori. Lo consiglio vivamente e detto da me che sono molto critica, fidatevi. Buonissimo
