We ate a pizza here and my wife had the salmon.
The pizza, calzone, was sparsely topped, and only in the middle was the cheese.
The salmon, on the other hand, was very
Delicious, and three pieces is quite a lot.
You sit nicely on the terrace in the alley next to the pizzeria.

Wandering around the main street of Bolsena we came across this trattoria/pizzeria and decided to try the pizzas.
The staff is friendly and was available to change a pizza.
I call it pizza but in reality it was a pinsa, however good and pleasant.
We had lunch outside, the service is simple and quite fast.

we decided at the last minute to find a place to go to dinner and San Google helped us as usual.
This evening's discovery was pleasant, the ancient trattoria on the Corso offers dishes of all types in harmony with the territory, offering appetizers with local products and first courses from Lazio created with care.
the lobster tagliolini proposed by the boys was pleasant and the meat was also excellent
kindness and courtesy always within the reach of all the staff.
The owner was very kind and also showed us the freshness of the raw materials.
I will be back soon to try other dishes

Attirato dalle recensioni positive ho voluto provare questo locale storico a bolsena , caotico il servizio velocissimo ed i camerieri gentili e puntuali ma la pizza nulla di eccezionale servita su una piastra di metallo .
Per 4 pizze 2 patatine una tagliatelle al pomodoro tre birre ed un vino amari e grappe 105 euro è veramente troppo vista la location
