Truly exceptional pumpkin tortelli, made to order and with a very thin pastry. A very light fried cake with cheeses and mustard. Homemade crème caramel, just like the one I make... In addition to the tortelli, my wife had the Duchessa di Parma and a chocolate cake... It's been a long time since I've eaten so well at a restaurant. Congratulations.

Lunch with colleagues. Typical trattoria atmosphere, very friendly and pleasant. Friendly and cordial service. Delicious food, excellent fresh pasta, spectacular agnolotti in broth, and even the fried gnocco platter. The cheeses were obviously top-notch. Emilia-Romagna never disappoints. I'll be back.

A restaurant that deserves a Michelin star for its exquisite and excellent quality.
The torta fritta is top-notch, the tortelli with pumpkin and herbs are uniquely delicious with a very thin pastry, not to mention the main courses, Duchessa and guancialino.
A very nice place.
The manager and his beautiful and talented daughter, Brigitta, served us and treated us very well... except for the older waitress, who perhaps doesn't like her job given her unpleasant manners.
We'll be back again, and it will be our fifth time eating there. Top.

Trattoria in the historic center. Good, simple, and absolutely delicious food. The herb tortelli were excellent, carefully prepared and had a creamy filling. The Duchessa (chicken roulade) was a pleasant surprise. Recommended!

Traditional cuisine, homemade pumpkin tortelli and herb tortelli with very thin pasta, very good. Fried cake with excellent cured meats. Sbrisolona cake with zabaglione 👍🏻. There's no menu, you don't realize the prices and a bit of a wait for the dishes, but I still recommend it!

The owner served us personally and introduced us to the dishes and recommended them. Unfortunately we could not try any wine pairing but it was really delicious and you can really tell that the man is proud of his kitchen.

An authentic pearl in the heart of Fidenza! This trattoria perfectly embodies the soul of Emilian cuisine: genuine, abundant and prepared with love. As soon as you enter you are welcomed with warmth and courtesy, as if you were at the home of old friends.
We started with an appetizer of mixed local cured meats, accompanied by a light and fragrant fried cake - a real delight. The first courses were a triumph: the tortelli d'erbetta with melted butter and parmesan were simply exquisite.
The wine was also excellent. Honest prices and more than generous portions. A must-see for those passing through Fidenza and wanting to discover the true flavors of Emilia.
