I ended up here by chance, I was really satisfied, the staff were attentive, helpful, fast and kind! Very generous servings! I ate an appetizer which alone made me full and a perfectly made carbonara! Even the dessert (tiramisu and panna cotta) was delicious, you could tell that it wasn't bought but rather made by them!

A historic trattoria in Mentana, authentic and Roman to the core. The portions are generous and tasty, the staff very friendly. We found it full on Thursday for lunch: I would say that it is a clear sign of quality and popularity.

Excellent food, good choice with. Traditional dishes and also a reinterpretation of dishes in a modern style. Historic place a little small but welcoming.

Restaurant in the center of Mentana adjacent to the castle.
Very nice inside, the style recalls the trattorias of the past.
Typical of Roman cuisine, the quality is really high, the portions as you can see are abundant but with great taste.
The mixed house starters include cured meats, cheeses, beans with pork rinds, tripe with sauce and battered fried vegetables.
The first courses are very good, as is the polenta with sauce of ribs and sausages.
Finally, the desserts are no exception, the crumbled cake is excellent, I highly recommend it, as is the cheesecake.
Definitely a place to book when you want to eat well and spend good moments of conviviality.

Finally after a long time we found a way to come and eat at this restaurant! Chosen by chance, we had a great time; the dishes were generous and very tasty, the staff very kind and helpful.
