On vacation with friends on a boat, one evening we felt like eating meat. A friend of ours gave us a tip, and we decided to drive 30 minutes to the restaurant because it was a bit far from the port of Marsala.
The meat was exquisite, the caponata was a competition winner—warm, sweet, creamy, delicious!
If I were to ever be in the area again, I'd definitely go back!

I've been to this restaurant and had truly excellent meat! Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and tender. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

I have been here 4 times over the months and I have to say I was never disappointed… The caponata is one of the best I’ve tried in the area and the service is simple but very efficient and welcoming. If there is any comment to say I would say that they could add a couple more of vegetarian option and add some rotation of the menu. But to be fair, rather have a few but good options rather than many and not so well done! Good job guys 🧚🏽♀️

Good homemade dishes. I had the squid and pasta, but it wasn't very refined.
Fast service.
My wife and I found Trattoria Diegolina by chance. After the first dinner we were impressed by the quality of the ingredients, the richness of the flavors of both meat and fish dishes. So much so that we decided to organize a dinner at Diegolina with our families and friends the night before our wedding. A special thanks to Fabio, who, in addition to being extremely kind and friendly, was able to recommend some excellent dishes of the day, including busiate with eggplant pesto and swordfish... exceptional!
