Excellent quality cuisine, very warm welcome and efficient service. Prices perhaps a little higher than average but which reflect the quality of the food. Highly recommended.

We ate a wonderful shank with delicious potatoes and salad. We visited a trattoria for the first time, and even attended a birthday party. It was unforgettable!

This evening I was a child again: I felt the flavors of the past, genuine flavours, those of the true Trapani countryside. The meat then... an experience that I highly recommend. A place far from the tourist circuits but extraordinarily close to the territory. Not to be missed

A great restaurant in a small suburb of Trapani. It's worth a visit! The restaurant is personally run by the family. The mother is in the kitchen, the father and son take care of the service. The food is first class! The price/performance ratio is unbeatable. Everything was very fresh and tasty. I visited the restaurant several times during my stay and ate different dishes. And every time it was cooked perfectly. A pleasure! I can only recommend it.

22/09/2024: We are on holiday, and we chose Cialoma 2.0 as the first restaurant of the holiday, truly incredible dishes! Bursting mussels appetizer, divine! The sauce was very tender and very well flavoured, as first courses we had garlic, chilli oil and tuna tartare, and busiate sbronzo with prawn tartare, two exceptional dishes, pasta cooked to perfection! Very fresh fish! As a second course I had roasted octopus with purée and pesto, really delicious. We will definitely come back as we would like to try other dishes! Compliments to the staff and the kitchen!
