My wife and I found Trattoria Diegolina by chance. After the first dinner we were impressed by the quality of the ingredients, the richness of the flavors of both meat and fish dishes. So much so that we decided to organize a dinner at Diegolina with our families and friends the night before our wedding. A special thanks to Fabio, who, in addition to being extremely kind and friendly, was able to recommend some excellent dishes of the day, including busiate with eggplant pesto and swordfish... exceptional!

Sicilian evening with colleagues who were excited by the heat and food. Fast appetizer and ricotta cassatelle with sheep broth subliminal... to follow busiate with sheep sauce and sheep "ugghiuta" all watered by good red wine and surrounded by traditional songs... what to say... congratulations to all the staff to the singer and to the sheep🐑!!! For those who are in the trade a B.Z. (Bravo//Zulu) deserved!!!

A bit expensive given the location and what they offer, especially the wine. What is written on the menu should be true, if it says half a liter of wine available and then you answer that you only give 1L or a glass, it's not good, better to remove it.

Exquisite staff and very intimate place. Nothing to say about the food. Quality and in abundance. The only flaw is that the ravioli were cooked a little too al dente...but it's only my first experience, I'll definitely be back.
