19/04/2025: Even though we didn't visit the Trattoria del Sale as restaurant guests, I would still like to give it a full five stars - just for the exceptional friendliness and the wonderful ambience. Our son was allowed to spontaneously use the toilet here, which is not a given, and it was also exceptionally clean - something you don't always experience in Italian restaurants. The hospitality was truly remarkable and the ambience was a real highlight: quietly located right next to the salt pans, with a fantastic view and lots of charm - both outside and inside. The restaurant is simply but very stylishly decorated. As we walked through we could see some plates on the way to the dining room - and the food looked really excellent. You can immediately feel that the cooking here is made with love. The smell from the kitchen was also tempting and almost made us want to stay. Even though we didn't eat anything this time, my experience with good restaurants and my impression here clearly indicate that anyone who comes here will definitely have an excellent meal. We will definitely do it again on our next visit!
